Welcome to our seaside oasis at the Mediterranea! We have vacationed here for many years, falling in love with all that Destin has to offer so we decided to buy a home of our own! We have completely remodeled and updated the unit with new flooring, paint, new furniture, and new decor throughout as to bring the scenic beauty of the coast indoors. Inside you'll find two bedrooms each an en suite and king size bed. There are 2.5 baths with a newly designed walk in shower in the master bathroom, new granite in both bathrooms and a half bath that houses beach gear perfectly. The living room has a 75" flat screen and both bedrooms have 55" flat screens so you'll never miss your favorite shows; the unit also has WiFi access throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking and baking needs featuring all stainless steel appliances.
Last, but not least, the balconies; there is a private balcony off of each bedroom as well as the main balcony off of the living room, and the views are spectacular, truly... million dollar views. We've equipped the main balcony with high gliding adirondack chairs that will quickly become your favorite sitting area; add in the fourth floor breeze from the ocean and it is absolute perfection!
The complex offers a massive resort size pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and easy access to the sugar-white sandy beach directly across the road where we've reserved two chairs and an umbrella for people watching, afternoon napping or just for enjoying the blissful ocean breeze.
The Mediterranea is a secure and gated complex with underground parking that provides a completely safe environment for your stay.
