Fishing enthusiasts will love the convenience of casting a line directly in front of the property. The Blackwood River is known for its abundance of fish, including King George whiting, herring, and bream. Perfect for those who enjoy fresh-caught seafood.
Take a stroll along the boardwalk head left for a scenic walk to town, or venture right towards the River Mouth, Colour Patch, and the beach. No matter which way you go, friendly pelicans are often spotted lounging on the rocks or mingling with the local fishermen by the Turner Street Foreshore.
Pelicans View offers a spacious master king bedroom with a private ensuite. Two additional bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with two single beds, perfect for families or groups of up to six. A shared family bathroom with a laundry is conveniently located down the hallway.
