Camera 1 is located next to the front door facing the front entrance area and camera 2 is located next to the back door facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed

We had a group of 7 adults who stayed 3 nights in this cute property. The location and space worked great for us, had everything we needed. The only downside for our group (all over 60) was that both of the table/chair sets were pub table height, and not friendly to elderly knees. Very clean, nice property that I would recommend for your stay in Excelsior Spings.

Quiet and clean.

Great location and super clean. Ray’s is a few blocks away and great for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, super clean and spacious and beds were comfy! Unfortunately, the neighborhood could use a boost and parking was not ideal. The host was great when we needed an early check in.

Great family weekend

It was a bitterly cold weekend in KC, but the house was the perfect spot for our family to hang out, play games, watch movies and eat delicious food together. The house was clean and inviting.

Beautifully done restoration on a historic house. Only thing wrong was for as beautiful as the house was, the toilet paper was cheap cheap wiping with sandpaper. Bring your own TP.

Nice historic home with modern renovations!

The property suited our family well (5 kids plus Mom & Dad)! It is a historic home in a historic neighborhood of a charming town. Excelsior Springs is close enough to KC for convenience but still has the charm of a small town. The house has 4 nice sized bedrooms with beds that are comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped to cook for the family. It was very clean as well with all hardwood flooring. I would highly recommend the property to any family.

Spring break vacation

The house was perfect. Very clean. Kitchen was stocked with all the basic amenities, including K cups, which were appreciated. Pots and pans were looked new. Beds and pillows were comfy. Walking distance to downtown including a museum, shops and coffee shop. Also walking distance to parks and a walking trail. We did not see the charcoal grill.
