relax on one of the four decks, cozy in around the campfire, or take a walk on 20 acres where you will discover wildflowers, sandstone rocks with leaf and marine life fossils embedded in them.

On the second floor are two private bedrooms with balcony access and a second living room that can be modified to a private third bedroom, by drawing the privacy screen.
There is also a living area with TV and a privet balcony, an office area with desk and internet, and a full bathroom.

On the main floor there is a large entry way, second half bath, large dinning room with gas fireplace and a table that comfortably seats eight. The living room overlooks the ranch and has a beautiful view of the Rocky mountains, and the kitchen is spacious with an induction cook top, and solid wood island with bar seating.
