Brand new 1 bedroom cottage /tiny house awaits you . Stunning Tranquil lake & Mtn views .Soaring ravens , bald eagles & local deer frequent the private 1 acre treed greenbelt . The property is overlooking the shuswap lake & only 5 min drive to the lake & also to downtown Salmon Arm.
We are only 7 minutes to access the main highway to Calgary & the coast of Vancouver Lower mainland.
It’s the perfect spot & so close to what you’ll need yet the feeling of being far away & removed from the world .
The space
We are on 1 acre of a very private piece of property at the top of the cul-de-sac on a bluff attached to a large greenbelt of trees .
This is our dream property that we bought for semi retirement and we are happy to share this peace & beauty to all our guests that come and stay . The views & tranquility of this property are truly jaw dropping ! Ravens Retreat won’t disappoint .The pictures on our site seriously do not do it justice..a smart phone camera cannot capture the beauty of Mother Nature .
Guest access
Our tiny cottage is located at the back of a large private forest/ greenbelt with your own self check in . You’ll pull up the driveway to the very end of the property where we have lots of room for parking right next to the coach house .
You’ll find a soectacular unobstructed 180 Lakeview & Mountain View directly across from the coach house .
It’s A perfect spot to Sit and watch the amazing crimson sunsets with your favorite cold or warm beverage & decompress from your everyday life.
Important note -
The cottage is a one level rancher with no stairs & the shower is a very large walk-in style suitable for anyone with mobility issues :)
We could also accommodate a small child 0-4 years old as we have a single blow up mattress or the sofa couch is large enough
Other things to note
Our property is in a very quiet cul-de-sac with a steeper driveway that leads to the bluff at the top of the property . The parking is Tandem &
The turn around is at the back of the property by the tiny home and may be tight for a larger longer truck or suburban SUV for a turn around . There is a lot of free parking also in the cul de sac at the bottom for larger trucks or RV trailer & boats if needed.
Please advise us if you have larger vehicles or ATVs so we can arrange the organized parking
