Bright & spacious (950 sqft) 2 bdrm + 2 bath condo located on Toronto's waterfront , fully-furnished & packed with amenities!
During your stay, you will have access to Wi-Fi, ensuite washer/dryer, priv. balcony, fitness equip, office workspace, the building's professional gym, indoor/outdoor pools, & more!
This property is within walking distance to Distillery district, Harbourfront Centre, popular restaurants, beautiful city parks, & lakefront beaches. An ideal home-base to explore Toronto!
The space
All the rooms in the unit are illuminated with large, bright window spaces and outfitted with natural wood furnishings. The unit is *professionally cleaned* between all guest stays.
In the living room is a smart TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix, a sound bar, and coffee table which transforms into a desk space (see photos). This area also features an array of fitness equipment for private at-home workouts.
The unit contains a full kitchen area with a dishwasher. Guests will have access to a Keurig coffee machine + pods, Dish wear, cutlery, pots/pans + cooking tools, and pantry basics.
The main bedroom contains a generous King-size bed, private bathroom entrance, and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom contains a Double-size bed, office space with free printer (perfect for remote work!), and sizeable closet space.
Bathrooms are sparkling clean and stocked with all the essentials, including new, soft bath towels and linens.
The balcony looks out East and is perfect for catching beautiful Toronto sunrises!

This property is a short (~15 min) walk to Union Station and located next to multiple local TTC bus stops (the 19 & 72 lines).
Other things to note
Flexible check in and check out time between 10 am - 3 pm.
Absolutely no parties on the premises - there will be a fine.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to building-level amenities is contingent upon City of Toronto and Provincial COVID-19 regulations and bylaws.

-An $2000 100% refundable security/damage deposit will be given in advance before check-in ($2750 if there is a pet), in case of any issues including damage, penalties , or rent payment issues. This deposit will be returned after check out after a walk-through has been completed of the property to assure that there are no damages or issues requiring reimbursement.
-For safety and security reasons Government issued photo ID will be requested by the host for each guest that will be staying at the property and ID will be given in advance before booking can be confirmed.
-Please Always leave clothes washer door open after use to air out and dry. Closing door results in mildew. And requires a special cleaning after.
The following are NOT allowed on this property's premises:
- any business in which involves outside persons coming and going
- any in-person business transactions (of any kind)
- large parties
- smoking (of any kind)
- illegal substances or underage drinking/drug use
- pets that do not belong to the AirBnB tenant
- unauthorized guests
- loud music or gatherings after 10pm
-guests agrees to allow landlord to show the property to prospective future guests m, with reasonable written notice and landlord can expect the apartment to be in a presentable condition. Ie Bed made and personal effects out of the way, dirty dishes in dishwasher etc.
-Only office work and work from home type work is permitted. Please respect noise levels.
-pets may be allowed on a case by case basis, but the guest acknowledges that any damage is caused by the pet or 100% the responsibility of the guest to deal with or pay for. Whether it be stains damage to property or furniture excessive hair that requires extra cleaning. They need to bring in a professional steam cleaner to remove stains or odor caused by the pet. Guest agrees they will always pick up after their pets anywhere on the site of the property. Whether it be inside the unit or on the grounds
- it is acknowledged that there will be a charge of $75 for any FOBS and $30 for any unit keys lost or damaged.
Pets
Small well behaved and quiet pets are welcome
The guest acknowledges that any damages and costs relating to the pet are entirely the responsibility of the Guest
Guest agrees they will always pick up after their pets anywhere on the site of the property. Whether it be inside the unit or on the grounds
Cats
-guest who bring cats agree to not use the vacuum for cat litter and agree to do a light cleaning before checking out to ensure there is no cat litter or cat hair in the unit. Including washing linens that pets have been on. otherwise a $100 extra cleaning fee will be charged.

Please remove all used linens, towels, mats, and other fabrics, and place them in a pile near the washer. We kindly ask that you do a light cleaning to remove any pet hair.
