Hosts were friendly, quick to respond and bi-lingual!!The unit was immaculately clean, adorably decorated and inviting! There was a handy âWelcomeâ Binder (digital and on site) that not only set out clear expectations/ check list for when you leave, âhow toâ guides for the Nespresso etc., but also included some restaurant and site locations to visit if you need ideas. :)The building and parking structure are near a YMCA, so the initial âvibeâ is a little sketchy, but no one bothered us, and homelessness is a national issue that is NOT unique to Quebec City.Highly recommend and if/when we return to Quebec City we will check availability of 209 Caiman first!!! :)
We had a wonderful time at Le CaĂŻman. The first thing we noticed walking in was how clean the unit was. It smelled fresh and my teen daughter approved of the decor. The hosts have thought of everything and have fit a lot of conveniences into a compact space. The pull out couch was different than in the picture. This one was spacious and surprisingly comfy for a pullout. Thereâs a reasonably priced parking right behind the unit and it was no trouble to go back and forth from the car. The walk to old Quebec did not seem long. I think this could be challenging with kids under the age of five, but it worked out well for our family. The pool was warm with a beautiful view. Metro is close by and the unit offered everything we needed for a short stay.
