Located half mile (1 minute in car /12 minutes walking) from Sandy Beach, bars and restaurants, Vista del Mar Apartments is close to all the places you will spend the day at but far enough that you won't be bothered with all the nightlife noise.
Delicate one bedroom apartment perfect for couples or friends traveling together. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen which is great for cooking your own meals. The living room has a futon, TV and the whole apartment has WiFi. The bedrooms have a queen size orthopedic foam bed and a private balcony with a partial ocean view and a beautiful view of the mountains. The private balcony its great to have a coffee in the morning or drink a glass of wine in the evening.
The bedroom closet has an iron, hair dryer, ironing table, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach cooler. There is also a safe box to put your valuables during your stay.
The pool area is great for sunbathing, reading a book or just relaxing after a fun day at the beach. There is an outdoor kitchen area with gas stove and charcoal grill. We offer our guests free laundry facilities and off-street parking. The property runs on a solar system and also has a generator and a water reserve.

PROPER USE: Guest agrees to use the property as a vacation rental and shall obey all applicable laws. Guests will not create noise or circumstances likely to disturb others. The guest who signs the contract will be responsible for people who stay with him. All rentals are to families and responsible adults, 21 years or older. Please notify immediately if you observe any issue that might be a concern for health or safety to others. No pets or visits are allowed. Tenant(s) shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash in the bin outside the main driveway gate. Tenant(s) is cautioned not to leave trash inside for long periods of time because it attracts animals and bugs. All dishes MUST be washed. There are no household supplies beyond a “starter supply”.
LIABILITY WAIVER: House owner and his agent Tropical Coast Properties, both act in good faith and on behalf of both Owner and Guest, and in no way incur any liability for any acts, matter or things done, omitted or suffered by any party. Tropical Coast Properties and the Property Owner assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items that belong to Guests. This includes loses resulting directly or indirectly from natural events such as floods, storms, hurricanes, or other "Acts of Nature". In incident such as fire, water, loss of power (beyond our control), breakdown of cable or satellite company, internet company or with equipment of machinery, acts of war, strikers, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, or cancellation of airline travel, or any similar incident; the property agent or property owner shall not be held liable or responsible for any additional expense or losses sustained by the Guests as a result of such incidents or occurrences. This includes, but is not limited to our other services such as transportation, grocery delivery, cleaning services, rental cars, babysitting, etc. We are not responsible of damages made to your vehicle in the parking facilities of each property.
AIR CONDITIONING: Shall be off while no one in the rooms or on the property.
POOL LIABILITY WAIVER: GUEST RENTING IN PROPERTIES WITH POOL ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY. As such, Guest is responsible for Guest's safety and the safety of any guests of Guest. Guest acknowledges that children or handicapped individuals should not be left unattended near or around the pool. Guest acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around a pool area. Guest hereby assumes all responsibility for Guest's safe use of the pool and pool area.
