During peak summer weeks, our properties typically require a 7-night stay, either Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday, but if you have unique dates please reach out to our Reservation Specialist. Most of our homes offer a 3-night stay minimum in the off-season.
Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)

Sitting atop a stately hill in an exclusive neighborhood near desirable Hardings Beach is Saltaire. Recently purchased, refreshed and re-envisioned by the new owner, this three bedroom, two bathroom home offers the best of a Cape Cod vacation. Only .3 miles from Hardings Beach and .1 mile from the private Bucks Creek association dock, you have been perfectly positioned to enjoy a plethora of Cape activities. Cast your fishing rod, launch a kayak or enjoy the picnic area of the association space down the road, spend the day in the sun and sand of Hardings Beach or take a quick bike ride or car trip into downtown Chatham (a little over two miles away). The world is your oyster at Saltaire!

Welcome to Saltaire! We're happy you've chosen our beach house for your vacation and hope your stay in fantastic! Make sure to take advantage of the beautiful beaches here and don't forget to see the lighthouses! The sunsets at Harding's cannot be beat, just walk 5 mins down the road. The sunsets are equally beautiful when viewed from the dock on the marsh and the end of the block. While at the house, take a moment to relax in the back yard to enjoy the singing birds, read your favorite book and lounge with a cool drink.
Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Ascend the driveway past additional parking spaces (or a convenient turnaround) to the top where you will find parking for at least two cars and the unpretentious entry to this home, which is through the screened porch. The screened porch is ideal to enjoy a peaceful morning or a cool, breezy evening at the table or in a nearby chair. The string lights and fun decor add to the ambiance and transform the space into whatever you need it to be.
Once inside the home, you will find yourself adjacent to the colorful galley kitchen which offers a convenient location both near the screened porch so as to offer al fresco dining opportunities (or easy prep and transport of evening S'mores to the backyard!) as well as the formal interior dining space - both offering seating for six guests.
On the other side of the informal entry space is a bedroom (#3) that offers flexible opportunities to it's guests. There is a trundle daybed which provides two Twin beds but the area can also function as an office if needed for remote work.
Right outside of Bedroom #3 is what can still be considered the formal entry to this home (although seldom used do to the ease of the alternate entry). With the formal entry door open, the light streams through, the views of the neighborhood from atop the hill abound and there is a grassy area outside to enjoy if desired. This home is set back from the road which allows for privacy even if choosing to utilize the front yard area (perhaps for a yard game or for the little ones to crawl/toddle around).
Past the formal entry is the open floorplan of the living room and dining area. The dining table overlooks the front yard through the large windows on one side and the living room on the other. The space remains inclusive to all and provides ample dining space for the six inhabitants of the home. Enjoy a meal together, host a tasting of the wares from the local winery or gather to catch up over a charcuterie board with friends - the space is yours to use for whatever you conjure up during your stay!
The adjacent living room offers comfortable couch seating for three along with two arm chairs and the option to utilize the two ottomans for seats as well! This space invites everyone to curl up with a book or snuggle up around the TV for a movie night together.
In the hallway past the open floorplan living/dining, you find the two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms as well. The secondary bedroom (#2) has a Queen sized bed and plenty of closet space to unpack into while settling into the soothing teal hues that surround you. Bathroom #2 is located in the hallway near Bedroom #2 and is a full bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite which provides a King sized bed as well as a private ensuite bathroom (#1). The ensuite is another full bathroom with shower.
Retrace your path back to the entry area of the screened porch and pass between that and the neighboring garage to find yourself in a truly private oasis that is the back area of this home. Create meals on the gas grill, tell stories around the Solo Stove fire, become a traveling mixologist while utilizing the Solo Stove surround as your bar top or just enjoy a quiet moment in the nearby Adirondack chairs - so many opportunities to gather together or be alone as you navigate each day of your Cape Cod vacation.
Additional opportunities for relaxation and communing in the outdoors present themselves in the form of the enclosed exterior shower where you can breathe in the night air and take in a starry sky for a change of shower scenery or the upper patio area which offers a flat space offering a sculptural focal point and space for meditation or perhaps a morning yoga session.
