You may not want to leave the sizable common area of this condo, arranged with a corner sofa and directly adjacent to the breakfast bar where everyone may want to eat before heading up to the mountain. The galley-style full kitchen will ensure that the cooks won't feel left out when making the plans for the day. Guests of this condo can enjoy access to shared amenities, such as the three shared hot tubs and the on-site heated outdoor pool (so be sure to get some pool time in!). Get the gas fireplace going when everyone's back at night, or enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. All is good on the mountain.

Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals, just off the main lobby as well. On the first floor you'll find the business center, pool and hot tubs! Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin operated washers and dryers. Off the property you’ll find Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away for when you’re not spending your time on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
