Welcome to our spacious haven, ideally situated between Palmer and Wasilla, just a short distance from essential amenities. This inviting home boasts four master en-suites, each a generous 335 square feet, featuring large bathrooms, clothes closets, smart TVs, desks with chairs, and carpeted floors with windows that frame varying views of the property and nearby mountains. The heart of the home is our large, self-service kitchen, which doubles as a social hub with a counter and six bar stools, a dining table for six, and a comfortable area with a plush couch and a cozy chair for relaxation and conversations. Centrally located on the Alaska Road System, our home is the perfect base for exploring Alaska's natural wonders. Please note that the garage is not included in the rental. Experience a warm, inviting stay in a home that combines convenience with scenic beauty.

This place was absolutely fantastic for our party of 7. Tim and Felicia were responsive and friendly. Great recommendations for the area. Only wish we had was a boot dryer, otherwise literally everything else was great! Nice appliances, great location. It was perfect!

Wonderful Alaska Experience

Abby’s Place more than lived up to our expectations! It is conveniently located within a 3 hour drive to all our must-see destinations, from Seward, Anchorage, Talkeetna and Denali. The property was nestled in the woods and two moose made their appearance as hoped. The hosts were very friendly and quick to assist when asked. The house is well furnished so we had everything needed to feel at home. The only minor disappointment was there wasn’t really a good view of the surrounding mountains, just a cargo container. We were very sad our stay at Abby’s Place ended so quickly and would definitely choose to visit it again!

Great stay north of Anchorage

It was a great place to stay north of Anchorage. Easy to get back into town and the airport and also a good launch point for things north of town like Talkeetna. It was great to have 4 bedrooms with en suites. Plenty of room for large groups.

Winter 2024

We stayed here with some family for our son's wedding. The bedrooms were perfect for what we needed. The living area & kitchen are a combined area so was cozy but not big enough for accommodating a large crowd. Equipped for cooking what you need.overall went well and the owners were easy to communicate with. Thankss!

Always amazing!

This is our fifth or sixth time staying at this property and it’s always amazing! Felicia and Tim are fantastic hosts and they go out of their way to make sure that everything is taken care of. We’ll be back anytime business brings us to the area.

Great Property in great location

This is a wonderful property. The only thing i would recommend is they need some antislip mats or something in the tubs. They get very slick when taking a shower.

Wonderful place

This house was perfect for our family, we loved having our own bedroom/bathroom suites and it saved time getting ready each day. Kitchen has everything you could need. House was clean and location was peaceful. Would highly recommend this place.

Family Fishing Trip

This property was awesome for our trip. The 4 master suites were excellent for our party and the location was pretty central to the area so it was not far to stores and restaurants. It was as advertised on the VRBO site. We would definitely book it again.

Perfect property

The house was perfect for our family with three adult children. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, and we could spend time together in the evenings in the living room/kitchen. The house is close to Palmer and Wasilla, and there are lots of hiking trails in 15-20 minute driving distance. Great communication with the hosts.

Perfect for a family or group of adults

The 4 masters up design gave everyone space and privacy with a comfortable open living/ dining/ kitchen space on the first floor for gathering, cooking and eating. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious with nice closets and each had desks for the work from wherever crowd (we had a couple in our family). A couple of the rooms had trundle beds to expand capacity if needed. There was a nice outdoor grill and firepit but we didn't end up using those. The host was great about communicating. The location was between Palmer town and Wasilla, just off the highway, so very convenient for both or for adventures into Anchorage or further in either direction. You'll need a car (no readily available public transport, but there is a park and ride to Anchorage about a mile away and if you need a second car for day trips, there's an Enterprise office in Wasilla just 3 miles from the house.) Everyone in our group was very pleased with "Abby's Place" and we hope to return in the not too distant future.

Amazing Home

4 master bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large kitchen. What else could you ask for? Unbelieveable stocked kitchen with all the staples included. 2 full size refrigerators and 2 washer and dryers We hiked Bodenburg Butte first morning and then hit Independence Mine( still snow covered in Mid May). The Butte hike took about 2 hours and was well worth all the stairs!!! We stayed on top for a half hour enjoying the view Felicia is an an amazing host and quick to reply. We had no issues!!
