Forty9 Steps - the pathway to elevated, uninterrupted views over the bay, downtown Russell and north over the Top 10 Holiday Park.

Park up the car and walk 4 minutes to all you could want for a relaxing and vibrant holiday - shops, cafes, restaurants and the many leisure activities available on your doorstep.

Our spacious open plan home has wonderful indoor/outdoor flow. We are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues because of the steps.

We welcome you to our special part of NZ.

The space
The ground floor is open plan living with two seating areas in which to relax and a window seat with expansive views over the Bay.

A spacious well-equipped kitchen with the latest appliances. Refrigerator with icemaker and chilled water dispenser, induction cooking plus microwave and coffeemaker.

Our home comfortably sleeps 4 adults in 2 upstairs bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other super king. There are 2 bathrooms on this level.

Downstairs there is a separate laundry with a washer, dryer and toilet.

Outdoor living enjoys all day sun with views to the Bay and beyond. There are 2 seating areas on the deck to enjoy morning coffee and/or breakfast.

The entire home excluding a small third bedroom and garage.

Other things to note
- 4 minutes' walk to Downtown Russell and the Waterfront.
- Private residence with uninterrupted views.
- Walking distance to beaches.
- Fabulous sunsets.
- Outdoor dining BBQ and seating areas.
- Wonderful bird life.
- Given the number of steps our property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
