Great Property!

It is a very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. It was well stocked with snacks and essentials. The hosts were always quick to respond when I had questions about the area prior to arriving. We met our 4 adult children for the weekend, and they said we should book it again for next year. The only thing one should be aware of is if anyone has mobility issues, there are stairs to the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. There are hand rails. Kitchen and dining room are on main level. Highly recommend this property!

Super clean and well appointed

We live nearby and rented this house for some family who was visiting because we don’t have enough extra space to host them ourselves. The home was extremely clean and met our needs perfectly. Host communication was terrific and the check in and check out process was easy and clear. We will certainly do this again when the opportunity arises.

Amazing holiday vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The house was well stocked and very very clean. The hosts decorated their lovely home for the holidays with Christmas trees, wreaths, place matts and numerous decorations. We felt like we were at home. The home has everything! There were snacks, milk, water and plenty of shampoo, hand cleaner and even new toothbrushes to use. We will stay here again. The place was amazing. Thank you for making it a memorable holiday.

Great rental with everything you might need!

This was one of the best and cleanest rentals any of the 5 of us have stayed in! The hosts were very responsive and the home had everything we could have needed. Beds and pillows were comfy, both baths had lots of soft towels and extra toiletries for those forgotten items. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed, and snacks and breakfast /coffee items all available. Home was exactly as pictured and in a great quiet subdivision. We will be back!

Clean, Cozy and Well Stocked! Owner thought of it all!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The home was very welcoming and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owner thought of it all, well thought out rules/directions for use of property and items and nice touch on providing extras that families might find helpful. The owner also put thought into providing a booklet of things to do in the area and menus for delivery as well. Communication was quick, friendly and most of all helpful. I never had to wait longer then a few minutes to get an answer back via messages within the app. We hope to visit again soon! Thankful for a relaxing time and a comfortable place to stay.

Outstanding in Every Way

This is a must-stay when visiting the Wheaton area. Home was located central to many attractions, exceptionally clean and well stocked of essentials. Hosts were amazing, kind, attentive to needs, and compassionate as I needed to change my reservation a couple of times. I will definitely plan to stay here again. My best Vrbo experience to date. Nice place in suburbs

Was visiting relatives for Christmas. House made a good base. We mostly ate and slept there. Nice comfy beds. Very clean. Good kitchen and dining area. Had all amenities and they left snacks and water bottles for us.

So well appointed

This property is great! The hosts have put little touches throughout that are so thoughtful and helpful. We arrived late--after 10 p.m. and found little boxes of cereal, coffee pods, sugar, and a half gallon of milk. This was terrific because we had nothing for breakfast the next morning and the host had thought of it for us. My teens (17, 18) inhaled the snacks and candy and my dad popped the bottle of wine left for us. In the bathrooms, shampoo and conditioner, soap, q-tips, a straightener and hair dryer. I honestly can't get over how thoroughly this place was stocked. We came for Thanksgiving and the kitchen had spices stocked which was great and plenty of dishes for cooking. I don't have babies anymore, but the house also has a crib, pack and play, and stroller along with little kid plates and silverware. My oldest goes to Wheaton which is about 10 minutes away and we will definitely be staying here again!

All the extras included

Wow! Great house but most impressive thing was that they pamper you with all sorts of extras! There were all sorts of beverages including milk and wine! Coffee and cereal boxes, extra toothbrushes and laundry soap! Couldn’t have been better!

Fantastic place to stay

I have rented houses all over the US but never felt as home as I did here. The house is in perfect condition with everything that you may need already in place. Will definitely go back next time in the Chicago area.

Perfect for kiddos

This rental was perfect for our family who was in town for a wedding weekend. Plenty of space, fenced back yard. It was very clean and a breeze to check in and out. Small things made it ideal for us traveling with small children- a high chair to use, kids plates and cutlery, even some toys and books.

We've been residence of Winfield for the last 20 years and absolutely love our town and the surrounding areas. We're very dedicated parents and property owners. We currently have a long-term rental property that has been occupied by the same wonderful tenant for the last 13 years. We love being landlords and have recently decided to get into the short-term rental market as well. We love meeting new people, and our goal is to provide our guests with a wonderful stay and a great experience!
