Place was tidy but needs a good clean. Dust all over, windows needs cleaning, dead flies on window sills. Garden needs attention. I understand that construction is an ongoing thing right now, but it does give a negative feel to the overall area. Shopping is 24km away in Sorell so make sure you are stocked up for your stay.
On the positive side: Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Nice toiletries are supplied. Good wi-fi reception.
When we arrived we were faced with a chained gate and sign saying building site keep out. In the front yard was a pile of gravel and a large stack of timber being used for building. Immediately next to the house was a new building under construction. Our property was clean in some areas but dusty in others. One lamp was broken.
