Experience contemporary living in this gorgeous Georgian 1840âs home, reimagined from its period era to a modern, open plan cottage style apartment.
Situated in the highly desirable Battery Point area of Hobart, just 10 minutes walk to Salamanca Place and Hobart Waterfront to enjoy the vibrant culture of the city.
The two bedroom apartment comfortably sleeps three people and is beautifully presented with modern finishes and appliances, and a spacious private courtyard to entertain or relax.
The Space:
One of two adjoining cottages on the property, this picture perfect period apartment features a beautifully landscaped green hedged walkway as an entrance to a light and open plan sitting, dining area and kitchen complete with gas heating and contemporary design.
Fully equipped with high end appliances and modern kitchen for delicious and convenient dinner prep with electric stove, oven, fridge, microwave, pod coffee machine and dishwasher.
Two generous sized bedrooms at the front of the home, both with abundant natural light and high ceilings. Master bedroom features a Queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a single bed and work/study desk.
The lounge room with stylish lounge suite and wall-mounted TV is at the rear of the apartment to unwind at dayâs end, and doors opening to the outdoor courtyard.
Modern and spacious bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles for a touch of luxe and frameless shower with dual shower head. The bathroom also features a new washer for laundry essentials and plenty of bench and storage space.
Outdoors, bask in the sunlight from the privacy of the generous sized rear courtyard , read a book, enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine in the outdoor setting.
