We purpose-built this separate lower-level home in 2024 in order to share our amazing local community with visitors and friends, both old and new. Our house is located right in the heart of one of Saskatoon's most desirable core neighbourhoods. Surrounded by hundred-year-old trees and close to everything you need, enjoy your new home away from home in historic Buena Vista.

- Located on the lower level of our family home, a custom-built infill we designed ourselves.
- Please note that we have a young child and a dog, so you may hear some family noise! But we will respect the quiet hours in our house rules, which are 11pm to 7am.
- Private entrance with a unique passcode for your security and convenience.
- Fully permitted secondary suite (all mechanical and air systems are entirely separate from the main house), including sound-proofing.
- Complete kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, coffee, tea, and more.
- 48” 4K TV with Google TV. (All streaming apps installed, just bring your own logins for most things. Complimentary access to Netflix and Prime Video is provided.)
- Cozy furniture for lounging, visiting, or playing a board game.
- Dedicated workspace removed from the main living areas so you can focus and make use of the seamless, superfast wi-fi.
- Your own full-size washer and dryer in-suite for added convenience.
- Deep soaker tub in the full bathroom with complimentary toiletries for relaxation after a long day.
- Luxurious and brand new Endy queen-sized bed for a restful night.
- Full-size closet in the bedroom with built-in shelving.
- Pull-out sofa-bed with foam topper for a surprisingly comfortable second bed.
- Pack-N-Play crib and high-chair are available for little ones – just let us know!
- Free street parking right in front of the house (we park in the garage).
