Guests are granted exclusive access to the main room/unit throughout their stay.

The Neighborhood:
There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and coin parking lots in the vicinity.
15 mins tram ride to Peace Park
10 mins walk to Hondori

Getting Around:
15 mins via tram from Hiroshima Station to Kanayamacho Station.
3 minutes walk from nearest tram station.

Other Things to Note:
The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events, please.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
