Welcome to the Savanna Getaway by Empire Estates. This gorgeous townhome is brand new and was just completed in 2023. This home is professionally managed and kept in immaculate condition so you can be sure that you will have the best experience possible when staying with us.

If you’re looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Calgary then this is it, book your stay with us now!

GENERAL

{The Long}
Our home comes with smartlocks on the front door so you won’t have to worry about any keys. Easily check yourself in at anytime with the code we will provide on your arrival day. We’ve also made sure to fully stock our home to make sure you have everything you need during your stay.

This spacious home has a total of 3 beds so it can comfortably sleep a group of 6 people, while the 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath provide plenty of room for everyone.

Whether travelling with a large group or a couple friends, our home is the perfect place if you’re looking for a stress free stay from a professional hosting company. We look forward to hosting you!

LIVING ROOM

{The Long}
Be greeted at our home upon your arrival by our welcoming living room. This space is inviting as it is comfortable – a stylish comfy couch along with sofa chairs provide lots of seating, while the chic coffee table and side table make this a very functional space as well.

Sink into our comfy seats while you lean back and enjoy our wall mounted Roku
TV. This TV comes with lots of apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and more so all you have to do is log into your account to enjoy your favourite shows and movies.

This space has been professionally designed to truly feel like a home away from home. It’s our mission to provide our guests with a memorable experience, and we do so by offering premium designed spaces like this which will be sure to impress!

DINING AREA

Just past the living room is where you will find the dining room. Conveniently situated beside the living room and the kitchen, this space compliments the open concept of the home by seamlessly integrating all the parts of the main level together.

The spacious dining table has plenty of room and comes with 6 dining chairs. A group of 6 can comfortably sit down at this table and have lots of room to enjoy their meal.

Directly beside the table is more space to comfortably seat 3 more people. This dining space at the island of the kitchen comes with 3 stylish bar stools which allow for plenty of seating for your whole group.

KITCHEN

{The Long}
Right next to the dining area is where you will find the kitchen which completes the main level of the home. If you’re someone who enjoys a clean, easy space to cook and spend time in the kitchen then you will LOVE this space.

Along with everything that is brand new in the home is brand new appliances as well. These fully functioning appliances make life so much easier in the kitchen, and that’s not all that will make things easier. We provide everything else you could desire while being in this space – pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, mixing bowls and more!

Along with the fully stocked kitchen comes even more essentials such as a coffee machine and hot water kettle. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and more.

MASTER BEDROOM

{The Long}
On the top floor of the home is where all 3 bedrooms are located, including the spacious and sleek master retreat. This bedroom comes with comfy queen size bed along with an ultra comfy mattress. There are also nightstands beside each bed with lamps so you can enjoy the perfect lighting before bed.

This bedroom also comes with it's own PRIVATE BALCONY! Enjoy waking up in the morning and stepping outside onto your own private space outdoors. This room also comes with a walk in closet and ensuite.

Down the hallway from the master retreat is where you will find bedrooms 2 and 3. These are identical rooms that are complete with all you need for a comfortable nights rest.

These bedrooms come with Queen size beds fitted with new mattresses for a super comfy sleep. These bedrooms come with nightstands and lamps so you can have the perfect lighting before heading off to dreamland.
