The Space:
Welcome to Casa BQN, your tranquil retreat in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico! This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a private pool, a large covered terrace, and all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Located just a 5-minute drive from the beach and close to some of the areaâs best dining options, Casa BQN offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THE SECOND FULL BATHROOM IS LOCATED IN THE POOL AREA AND IS NOT WITHIN THE MAIN PROPERTY. GUESTS MUST STEP OUTSIDE TO ACCESS IT, AND THE PATH IS NOT COVERED. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN BOOKING.
LIVING AREA
Step into the inviting living room at Casa BQN, where youâll find a comfortable sofa, two arm chairs, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The living area has a/c for your convenience. The living area flows seamlessly into the covered terrace, providing a spacious outdoor area to relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean breeze.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Casa BQN offers an amazing outdoor experience with the centerpiece being the pool. The outdoor living space is a standout feature, with a cozy, covered terrace complete with comfortable seating, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy dinners al fresco, or create wonderful memories chatting with your group.
IMPORTANT: POOL MAINTENANCE
The pool at Casa BQN is cleaned every Wednesday, typically before noon. The person in charge will enter through the side of the home to perform the maintenance. They do not need access to the home, nor for anyone to be present at the unit. If you have any questions regarding this, please let us know before booking the unit.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Both bedrooms feature cozy queen beds and plenty of storage space.
The main bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway near the bedrooms, while the second bathroom is accessible from the pool area, adding an extra layer of convenience. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, and stove. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, this kitchen makes it easy.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
The property includes parking for up to two (2) vehicles.
Renting a car is a must when staying in Aguadilla. There are many activities within a 15-30 minutes driving distance and the roads are easy to navigate.
Ubers are not readily available in the area and cannot be relied on.
LOCATION
Situated just a short 5-minute drive from the beach, this home offers easy access to Aguadillaâs beautiful coastline. Youâll also find a variety of excellent dining options within a quick drive, allowing you to experience the best of Puerto Rican cuisine. Whether youâre here to relax by the pool or explore the local area, this property is the perfect home base for your stay.
Aguadilla is a coastal municipality right at the northwest point of the island attracting tourists all year round for its surfing beaches, scenic sunsets and nearby points of interest on the west coast.
There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites, all within a short driving distance:
Enjoy amazing beaches; which are certainly the main attraction for both tourists and locals: Surfer's Beach, Crash Boat, Peña Blanca, Rompeolas, just to name a few.
Brunch at Mona. Mona is by far the most popular brunch in Aguadilla.
Capture some great social media-worthy photos in âCasas de Coloresâ. A macro-mural made up of residences in the community known as âCerro Cabreraâ.
Explore the prime culinary nightlife on road 110. There is a large assortment of bars and restaurants on this strip which is a favorite among locals on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Have some fun at Punta Borinquen Golf Course. It offers a driving range and practice green with reasonable fees.

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guestâs responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If youâd like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and weâll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and weâll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
