This Kiawah Island vacation rental is located in West Beach and offers four bedrooms and bathrooms, screened porch, and spacious back deck with views of the 11th hole of Cougar Point Golf Course. The home is an estimated 8-minute walk to the beach.

Enter the home and you’re greeted by soaring ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The spacious living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the large back deck with golf course views. The dining room, with seating for eight, connects the living room and kitchen. The kitchen showcases white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances against striking black countertops, and its central island offers additional bar stool seating. Just off the kitchen is the screened porch with a table for enjoying meals al fresco. Accessible from either the screened porch or living room, the large back deck includes sitting and dining areas, all with views of the 11th hole of Cougar Point Golf Course.

In addition to the main living spaces, the first floor is home to three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and the laundry room. Near the home’s entry, the first bedroom features a queen bed, bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, and private access to the front deck. A hallway off the living room provides entry to a queen bedroom with a writing desk, TV, and bathroom with tiled shower. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed (previously two twin beds), TV, and bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. Ascend the stairs to reach the kids suite, complete with four twin beds, wall-mounted TV, and bathroom with shower.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. The home’s smart TVs offer Roku and YouTubeTV.

Please note that this property has a doorbell camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
