This Luxury Condo unit is located at the 8 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. We are just 4 miles outside of Camdenton on Lake Road 54-82 with all asphalt roads right to the door of the unit. The water is calm and ideal for enjoying boating, skiing, jet skis, fishing, or just enjoying a beautiful view of the lake from inside the condo or out on the large screened in porch.

The unit is spacious and beautifully furnished yet user friendly with a large fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen's wrap around bar comfortably seats 6 and 4 more at the table just off the kitchen provides a lot of sit down eating area.

The master suite has a private bath, king size bed, & flat screen TV and has its own private slider which opens up on to the spacious deck. The other two bedrooms on the main level share the use of the common bathroom. One of the two bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom via a pocket door. This bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and is very close to the common bathroom. The deck is also a wonderful place to relax and drink your morning coffee or have your favorite adult beverage at night.

Clearwater Condo's is a family friendly complex with quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. We request that you respect your fellow Vacationers and abide by these rules. We also ask you to please not smoke in the unit or bring pets. Treat our home like it is yours for family gatherings, quiet peaceful get-aways.
