It was a nice property with a nice layout, beautiful kitchen, and great backyard for pets. Overall, really enjoyed the stay! Some improved amenities, such as detergent for washing machine and enough toilet paper for multiple guests in the bathroomswould have been nice. There were several things broken on arrival such as bathroom toilet seat and TV in some of the bedrooms would not connect to WiFi. Small things but annoying. Otherwise, it was a nice property and I would consider staying there again but would just like those things fixed.

We do provide laundry detergent it is on the top of the washer and dryer, the bathroom is stocked with a toilet paper on the holder and extra rolls is under the sink cabinet . Guest never reported any issues during the stay . We are responsible owners and if guests have any concerns should contact us and will be happy to send our handyman if anything is not working how it should or answer any questions.

Great Family Stay!

We came to visit family and have some fun with the kids. The house was great! Perfect location, very quiet, and had everything we needed. We will definitely book here again when we are back in town!

We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay, particularly the cleanliness, supplies provided, pest control, and check-in process.The home was not adequately stocked for guests. There was not enough toilet paper, and no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner was provided. Only one towel per person was supplied, which was not enough for the stay. There was also no laundry detergent provided at all and no dryer sheets, so even washing and reusing the limited towels was inconvenient.The biggest issue was cleanliness and pest control. The refrigerator was visibly dirty, there were cobwebs in the corners, and we found spiders inside the home. The outdoor areas were extremely difficult to enjoy because of the number of bugs and spider webs around the doors and exterior areas. We were bitten almost immediately whenever we spent time outside. We also encountered mosquitoes inside the home during check-in.Check-in itself was frustrating. We were not provided with the entry code before arriving and had to call and text the host after we were already at the property. We waited approximately 30 minutes before receiving the code and being able to access the home.Overall, the property needs considerably more attention to cleaning, pest control, guest supplies, linens, and the check-in process. For the price of a vacation rental, we expected the home to be cleaner, better stocked, and ready for guests upon arrival.

Guest left property very dirty we found trash all over the floor ,dirty dishes were left in the sink we reported this guest to VRBO and will not be renting to this guest again We do provide laundry detergent it is on the top of the washer and dryer there are couple of extra rolls under the sink of each bathroom. We do not provide shampoo and conditioner We have a great cleaning lady she always making sure that everything is clean before each guest. Guest complained about some spot inside the refrigerator we offered to come back and check the spot but the guest refused to let us enter the house. Will not be renting to this guest again .

Convenient Location

We stay with another couple and all 4 of us enjoyed the property! It was very clean, nicely remodeled and in a convenient location close to everything. The backyard was a bonus for my dogs. We would definitely stay again!

2nd stay at this house

This was our second stay at this house because it’s centrally located on the main strip and easy to get to everything. It is very clean and has a great fenced yard for our dogs. There’s also a nice swing and play set if you have kids or grandkids. Can’t go wrong with this house.

Great location, perfect for dog lovers

Plenty of space for our group of 7. Location was perfect and close to everything. Having a fenced backyard for our dogs was so nice! The house is right off the road and looks very old but once you walk inside everything is so nicely renovated. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds and large sofa. Would definitely stay again!

Cute and clean

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. Plenty of room for us to be comfortable. The house was clean and ready for us when we got there. Check-in was easy. We had no issues during our stay. The backyard was amazing for the dogs to run around and sniff. Great location - right next to main road so could come and go as needed while out. We would definitely book again for a future stay.
