Our modern beachfront condo is directly facing an amazing pool and ocean views for miles. This condo has modern appliances, HDTVs, a full-sized refrigerator and granite countertops. This condo is one of the newest listings. Welcome to your Beach Paradise with views of the ocean from almost anywhere in the condo. Brand new window treatments and shutters to sleep in (if needed).



Guest Access:

This condo has incredible views. Located on the 8th floor, you can enjoy beachfront views from both the 8th-floor balcony as well as the living area. Enjoy the outdoor heated pools(even in the offseason), lazy river, shuffleboard, and a cold cocktail at the outdoor Tiki Bar.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. The water was too cold to get in of course, but the view was beautiful hot tub Felt nice to crawl in after a long day.

We had a beautiful view off the balcony. Only complaint there was the building next to us sat at an angle so not a lot of privacy. The room itself was great! The patio furniture left a little to be desired, but we made do. Julie was a great host! Loved the pools and the ocean!

The condo was clean & had everything we needed for our stay! The condo also had great access to the beach with an awesome oceanfront view! We enjoyed the resort’s heated pool & hot tubs as well! Close proximity to restaurants & shopping was also a plus! The check-in & check-out process was very seamless & the host did a great job communicating with me about our stay!

Great View

Over all great area to stay. Could have used a bet more detail to cleaning as the pull-out bed had food crumbs on the mattress. But this area is a great location for families.

To start off we were NOT given our check in door code on time. We sat in the parking garage and had to contact Bigfish customer service to receive code because host never answered the message we sent. Room is a little more run down than it appears in the listing but at least we got it for a good price. Towels and bedding smelled clean but had some stains, no real big deal. Not all the lamps or light fixtures work. The kitchen on the other hand had dirty utincils, plates, pots, pans, cups and silverware was all put away with food residue. Lots of dishes and cups but only one coffee cup. Everything we used we had to wash first. Stainless pans were ok but all nonstick ones should be thrown away because the coating is coming off the pans. Some of the knives had rust on them so we didn't use them. Kitchen cabinets were dirty. Resort property is nice but unfortunately isn't smoke free like the listing says. Multiple people smoking on there balcony which limited our time because we can stand the smoking. That's wht we try to stay at smoke free locations. Beachfront views, lazy river and multiple pools and hot tubs to enjoy saved the vacation. We would stay again but probably in a different room.

We enjoyed the condo and beautiful views.

Everything was wonderful With the condo and the rental agent. The elevators were extremely slow and level 3 you could not not allow us to unload on the third floor . Garage elevator broke down twice. No carts available to unload.

Dissapointed

While we were grateful for the prompt attention to repair a non-functioning air conditioning unit, the condo is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, particularly the bathtub. I don't like showering in a dirty tub. The carpet could also benefit from a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint would improve the look of the entire unit. It's time to replace the balcony furniture as well. Close the bathroom door if you expect to get any sleep because the A/C is located in there and sounds like it's crushing rocks. Online it's listed as a "new beachfront condo" which is misleading since the building was built in 1985.

Julie was awesome at communicating everything for reservation, check in and check out information. We even had questions after we arrived and she responded within minutes. Will definitely book with them again

Bare necessities

Appliances & bedding were clean. Air ducts were filled with dust bunnies, bathroom drains were very slow. (We had to use a plunger.) Bathroom light flickered and towels were poor quality although there were enough for the week. It would also have helped if they had told us ahead of time that there was no paper toweling and to bring our own bathroom tissue.

I have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and I want your experience to be perfect. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We just loved the beachfront view from this condo the first time we visited. Our young child enjoys the pools and beach area. We have designed it so the condo is spacious with beachy modern furnishings and colors. If you want that personal touch while on vacation, then you have come to the right spot. We do everything possible to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. We absolutely love staying here and we hope you do too.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Amazing direct oceanfront views. Great location to entertainment in the surrounding areas including Alabama Theatre and House of Blues. Tropical Pool area and views that are simply breathtaking. It is about 15 minutes from Sky Wheel and 25 minutes from Family Kingdom Amusement Park.
