Le bungalow a deux étages et deux terrasses. Au rez de chaussée se trouve le salon, cuisine, salle de bains et 2 terrasses. A l'étage 2 chambres et une salle de bains. Le bungalow a été récemment rénové. Le bungalow, situé dans l'urbanisation de Puerto Rico dans le cadre du complexe appelé Arminda. Le complexe dispose d'un solarium avec des hamacs et la piscine. Le bungalow dispose d'accès internet.

Lovely clean homely place. Great outdoor space back & front so you can be in the sun or shade any time of day. The pool & patio area were also very clean with plenty of sun beds.

Generally very nice place. Hosts excellent communications. Aircon upsatirs is only on the landing, non in the actual bedrooms so to get the benefit of it you have to have the bedroom doors open. Pool area great. Location to everything very central.

Super Bungalow, Great Location

We had a wonderful week here, location is perfect for walking to town and the beach. The accommodation had everything we could possibly have needed and the host was extremely helpful on the few occasions we needed help. Would certainly recommend for a good base for a week exploring the island or just relaxing by the pool or beach.

Excellent property, safe & secure.

We rented this outstanding property for 10 days in May. Easy access to the town of Puerto Rico. Was met by the owner who was lovely woman. As it was a quiet time of the year we had the pool to ourselves for the most part. Highly recommend both owner & property.

WOW!!! Fantastic place to stay

The accommodation is excellent, immaculate throughout. The hosts have very good communication and even picked us up from the airport and dropped us off for our return, incredibly kind of them and really appreciated, hassle free! The accommodation itself is exactly like the photos, but once you’re there it is better than the photos. There are two terraces, one which is very private overlooking Puerto Rico, so between the two terraces you get the sun all day. There is a short walk down some steps to the commercial centre, we managed to walk back a few nights, but generally got a taxi. The pool area was always quiet and clean, so no fighting for sun beds. Overall this is a fantastic home with plenty of home comforts. Thank you so much to the hosts for providing your stunning home and your kindness. You should be very proud of you wonderful accommodation!!

Fabulous in every respect

We had a wonderful stay. The owners are so lovely and considerate, providing transport to and from the airport, and giving us a welcome food package on our arrival. The house is comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. The pool was quiet and clean. It’s a short walk down steps to the many restaurants, shops and bars and an easy walk from there to a children’s play centre, crazy golf, sea front shops and eateries, the beach club and Puerto Rico’s beach. Taxis are quite cheap and buses are nearby and frequent, so it was no issue getting to and from other beaches, tourist attractions, larger supermarkets etc. There is are also lovely walkways around the coastline. We would definitely return some time in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at the bungalow. It was exceptionally clean and tidy and it was very homely and comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed was already there and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The pool was lovely and never busy, plenty of space and sun loungers. The property has a lovely balcony and table outside & on a clear night you can see the stars. The beds are very comfortable and there is air conditioning too. If you struggle with mobility or have a pushchair, the Puerto Rico area is very hilly with lots of steps up and down so be aware. The bus station, taxi rank, shopping centre, Mogan Mall and beach are all within easy walking distance. On Friday evenings, the fountains outside Mogan Mall are all lit up in different colours. There is also a lovely beachside walk from Puerto Rico to Amadores beach which takes around 20 mins or if you prefer, a very short and cheap taxi ride or bus journey. Amadores beach is really stunning and well worth visiting. Puerto Mogan is another nearby town and beach which is really beautiful to visit and can be reached by taxi or bus. We had a brilliant time and Pino and her husband are excellent hosts and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. We highly recommend it and will definitely return again as there is so much to see and explore on the island.

Ha sido un placer tenerlos como huéspedes. Han cuidado la casa y la comunicación ha sido excelente. Esperamos recibirles de nuevo y con más tiempo. La isla tiene muchos pueblos y lugares preciosos que pueden conocer.

This property was as described, very well maintained, spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The two separate outside seating areas were very good as one was in the sun whilst the other shaded, meaning you could either follow the sun or find the shade. On arrival there was water, milk, juice and fresh fruit which was much appreciated. The pool area was again spotless with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. We stayed for 11 nights and most days there was only two people by the pool some days we had the pool to ourselves. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, however there are steps so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There is noise from the commercial centre but the double glazing blocked this out. We will definitely stay in this accommodation when we next visit Puerto Rico.

Simplemente espectacular

No sólo la casa tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unas vacaciones increibles sino también sus dueños son personas maravillosas. Como llegabamos de noche, nos recibieron con un montón de cosas ricas para que cenaramos y también para el desayuno. La casa estaba impecable, hasta 3 opciones de cafeteras tenía. La piscina es genial, siempre limpia y la temperatura del agua es ideal. La ubicación del bungalow es excepcional y su parking también. Gracias Pino Mari y familia por habernos hecho pasar unas vaciones maravillosas. hecho

Toller Urlaub mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, es gibt keine bösen Überraschungen. Es ist alles super sauber und frisch. Die Eigentümerin/Vermieterin hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und sogar schon etwas für uns eingekauft. Wir wurden super empfangen. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns sogar noch eine Sonnenliege für die eigene kleine Terrasse gebracht, die wir auch sehr gern genutzt haben und die Morgensonne genossen haben. Das Appartement ist über zwei Ebenen, im Eingang befindet sich die voll eingerichtete Küchen (mit allen Geräten die man braucht). Sowie das Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender Terrasse (auf der sich auch eine Waschmaschine befindet). Unten befindet sich auch noch eine Toilette mit Dusche. Oben findet man die beiden Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Bidet und WC. Auf beiden Etage befinden sich auch Klimageräte die wir aber nur sehr selten gebraucht haben, weil immer ein bisschen Wind ging und man gut die Fenster (oben mit Fliegengittern) auf lassen konnte. Zu dem Appartement gehört auch ein Parkplatz, der mit einer Kette verschlossen ist und mit einem Schlüssel zu öffnen ist (hier kann es aber sein, das man immer einen anderen Parkplatz benutzen muss, weil sich auf dem eigenen dann ein anderer Anwohner gestellt hatte. Aber kein Problem, der Schlüssel passt zu jedem Parkplatz ;-)) . Die ganze Anlage erfasst 19 Wohneinheiten die sich einen Pool (Gemeinschaftspool) teilen.

Had a great 10 days at the bungalow. Great communication from owner who picked us up from the airport and made sure we had basics such as milk bread fruit and juice in the fridge. Location was superb a 5 minute walk from resort centre and 10 minute walk to beach. Very modern interior, working air con, very fast wifi with 2 showers and nice balcony. Would recommend staying here.

We stayed here in August 18 and it was simply outstanding. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 with everything you would ever need and more. The photos are a very accurate representation of the apartment with all equipment and furnishings in tip top condition. What you don’t see is the amount of other equipment available ranging from stuff for the pool to waffle makers to food blenders to extensive pans, cuttlery etc. The pool is within 30 meteres of the property and at the most there were 4 other people using it, the majority of time we had it to ourselves. Location wise you are a 5 minute walk from the shops and bars and only 15 minutes from the beach. We absolutely loved it ❤️

This is an immaculate apartment, fully equipped & very safe with everything needed for a holiday

Excellent 2 week stay. Well decorated & spacious apartment with plenty of wardrobe space and comfortable beds. Pool area is very quiet and relaxing with plenty of sunbeds. The owner Pino and her son Carlos are very welcoming and friendly as is the other guests staying in the other apartments. I would highly recommend this apartment for a very relaxing holiday.

Great accommodation, Great location.

Excellent holiday accommodation. Stayed from 14th July to 23rd July. Presented really well and has everything that you need. Close to restaurants and bars but far enough away not to interfere with your peace and quiet. Everything in the apartment such as starter food pack as well as items such as shampoo and other essential items. Beach towels,hats. Too many items to list, but you really only need to bring hand luggage. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Pool is really quiet and gets the sun from morning to late night. Balcony was great and really private. The quality of fixtures and fittings is superb. This is the first time I have booked privately but would not hesitate in going back to this apartment. Pino and Carlos are great and if there's anything you need they will do whatever they can to assist.
