Welcome to King's Crown Charm, a mountain getaway perfectly situated for all of Breckenridge's adventures and exploring. Just steps from the Snowflake Chairlift and minutes from Main Street, this 3-bed, 3-bath townhome blends alpine charm with modern comfort. Featuring vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a built-in gas fireplace, flatscreen TVs, a private patio with grill, and access to the Upper Village pool and hot tub, this home is ideal for all groups!
Proximity: Located in the desirable Highlander Townhomes neighborhood, this home is just a 2-minute walk to the Snowflake Chairlift for effortless access to the slopes, and a 10 minute walk to Main Street, where shops, dining, and aprĂšs-ski entertainment await.
Living Room: Step inside to vaulted ceilings and a spacious living area filled with natural light. Gather around the gas fireplace for cozy evenings, with plush leather seating and a flatscreen TV for family movie nights or relaxing after a day on the mountain.
Kitchen:
Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen features brand-new countertops, modern cabinetry, and all the essentials for meal prep.

Dining Room: The dining area seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen.

Patio: The main floor living area opens to a private patio with a propane grill, perfect for post-ski dinners or summer barbecues. Vaulted ceilings and leather seating provide a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
Upper Village Pool & Hot Tubs: Guests have access to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs, just a short walk from the home. Please note that these communal amenities are managed by a third party and availability is not guaranteed.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer are tucked by the garage mudroom.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
