This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The transitional style dining room offers seats for six. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room is decorated with warm inviting colors and houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.

Waterscape

I loved the convenience of being near the beach and pools. There were beach chairs reserved on the beach. Lots of different water activities at the pools, splash area, and lazy river.

Great getaway

My family loved this condo and waterscape as a whole. There were a few things that need to be fixed. The shower pressure issues, washing machine taking forever, and cleaning up around the beds. Other than those small things the trip was absolutely perfect!!

Great spot

Had a great vacation and stay at waterscape. The dryer didn’t work, but someone was sent to fix it on 3 different occasions. The third time was the most successful ‘fix’ but it still took two cycles to dry clothing. Property was clean. Could use some more kitchen basics such as a pair of scissors, coffee filters, and additional dish detergent.

5 night stay

Location was great! Nice room just had 3 problems 1.) Ice maker didn’t work 2.) washer and dryer didn’t work well 3.) the bath tub was stopped up in master bathroom. We called to let them know and no one ever came to fix the problem.

Broken bed, dirty sheets

The pull out bed was broken on the frame. The bed sloped down, and was very unsafe/uncomfortable. Main bedroom sheets had red stains that looked like blood.

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo, but when we did, there were a few things that could be better. The TVs need to be updated. The one in the bedroom, the volume doesn’t match the peoples mouth moving on the screen. We took young children with us and when we were in the room we needed TVs. Also, the bunk bed bedding needs to be replaced. Our grands wouldn’t even sleep in them. They opted for the sleeper sofa every night.

Needs a deep clean and updating.

Good location to pools. The carpet needs a deep cleaning or it needs to be replaced. We had to wear our shoes the entire time in the unit due to how dirty the floor and carpet was. The dryer makes an unbearable squeaky noise when you use it. The blender was broke but the front desk brought us a new one asap. The walls and baseboards have been neglected and need to be repaired. Not many utensils in kitchen. The frying pans were big enough for one person vs a family. We had to purchase an electric skillet in order to prepare the family breakfast. There was mold growing on the trim in the master bathroom and mold growing under the kitchen sink. The quality of the unit was not comparable to the price. There is only one heated pool and it’s not even the kiddie pools. The heated pool was nice but two pools lights were broke during the time we were there. The lily pad pool was closed many days due to needing repairs. The concept is impressive and the location to water is great but again the quality and condition of the unit was not comparable to the price.

Perfect location and views

For our family, this was the perfect condo. We are a family a five and the bunk beds were a big hit along with the view of the property and ocean. We will definitely book again!!

We loved it!

My family truly enjoyed our vacation and our stay at the waterscape. Unit a418 was a very nice and clean unit with lots of space. My husband, kids, and I truly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to more visits at the waterscape unit a418.

Choose another unit.

We’ve been coming to Waterscape for ten years and have always had a wonderful time. This unit though, A418, is in rough shape and not well stocked compared to others we’ve stayed in. Also like other reviewers have mentioned, the king bed is absolutely awful! I brought up a few of these issues to the front desk, one that I felt was a serious problem. I was told the manager would get in touch with me and handed her business card. She never contacted me or took care of the problem while we were there. We still enjoyed ourselves in the pools and on the gorgeous beach.

Issue from the start

When I booked online I set my dates and selected and available unit. Weeks after I was called by Vacasa to tell me that the unit I selected was not available (but their system let me select it) I was moved to another unit in a different building. I selected the unit I did because that is what I wanted to pay for, the unit I ended up in was very dark even with the windows open. I was texted and called several time the day of check in asking if I would there right at 4:00 or after. I answered several time that I would be there at 4:00. I got into he parking garage at 3:58 ready to check in, I got a call from the Vacasa staff letting me know that my room was not ready and housekeeping had not cleaned it. I sat in my car with groceries for over an hour waiting for a call. I did not get a call so I called to find out the room was ready and no one let me know. When I got in however to the condo was still a mess there was dirt and sand in that bathrooms, the sinks were dirty and the bed looked like it had been made in 2 seconds and was a mess. I called the front desk about it and nothing was done.

Old appliances

The room was great and location was good, but the appliances are old. The dryer has rust allow the rim and the fridge was unbalanced and and door was hard to keep closed! Tv is also very small

Fabulous Resort! A418-Waterscape

Loved all the pools and short walk to the beach. The room was nice and clean. Kitchen had most everything you would need. Only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 is due to the mattress. As mentioned in previous reviews this mattress is due for an upgrade for sure. Also would have been nice to have some extras like a lot of the others rooms. We came in with several other family members that stayed in different rooms (5 total rooms) and a lot of them had wagons/beach chairs/toys, coolers, etc. for use. For the price this would definitely be nice to have since most people fly in and don’t bring those types of beach necessities. Overall resort was wonderful, but next time will probably look at another room.

A418 was decent but B618 is better!

Our first stay with Waterscape was so great, we couldn't wait to come back, so we did! We stayed in A418 this time vs our stay in B618 last time. They are in opposite buildings and if you have the choice for A or B building, I'd pick B building. The exterior entrance to the room (in B building) in my opinion, is much nicer. The hallway to the room on A building has a funky smell, spotty carpet and awful bright white lighting that just gives you a not so welcome feeling as opposed the open air-y walkway entrance to the B condos. Our unit upon entry was great! Clean, the furniture was nice, looked fairly recent and clean. This unit has bunk beds, which was awesome vs our previous stay where our kids slepts on the pull out couch. This all sounds great? So why the loss of a star? Well the unit needs just a bit of attention. There was no broom so our floor was sandy the entire stay. There was no sautee (frying) pan of any kind, big or small, which made cooking a challenge. We book condos and air bnb's so we can cook for our family vs going out to eat, so no sautee pan is a big one for us. The king bed in the master felt like laying on a lumpy pokey old mattress on a rikety bed frame that seemed as though it might collapse. It might be time for a bed update in that room. Other than these issues, our stay was great. Vacasa has outstanding service as usual. The facilities were immaculate as usual. My son lost a single flip flop one night and one of the pool attendants (Gerome?) escorted me to lost and found, was so extremely friendly the whole way and sure enough, there it was, his single flip flop!! Again, I can not wait to come back!
