Waterscape A314 accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably. Experience ultimate serenity in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, while the gorgeous panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico will wash all your worries away. Upon entering this lovely third-floor condo, you will feel immediately at home with the warm décor and welcoming atmosphere. You will find the twin-size bunk bed area along with the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with all utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens to the dining area and living room, allowing for plenty of space for the whole family. The dining table seats six guests but can be extended to seat eight. The welcoming living area includes a beautiful sectional sofa with plenty of seating, along with a large flat-screen television and DVD player. Sign in to your Netflix and Amazon accounts and enjoy one of the four flat-screen televisions or let the kids play their favorite DVDs on one of the two DVD players. Down the hall, you will find both the guest bedroom and the master bedroom are located near the entrance and both include a large flat-screen television for endless entertainment, along with their own private bathrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
