This lake home has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It sleeps 14 comfortably. The five bedrooms and 2 fulls baths are on the main level. The kitchen and second living room and the half-bath are on the lower walk out level. There is an additional 1000 square feet of outdoor entertaining space also. There is a two well dock and swim platform to enjoy. There is parking available for 3-4 vehicles. The sunsets are amazing!!!

House is perfect for large groups. The stairs are a little tricky and not my favorite for getting luggage and supplies into the house. Love the large deck.

Group Trip to the Ozarks

Lovely spot in a quiet area. Plenty of room for all of us to hang out inside and out! Loved being on the water and having access to the dock as well as lake floats. Great place!

Guys Weekend

This was my second time at this property. The location is awesome. Everything about the house is perfect for a weekend away. It has multiple TVs and stereo systems, humongous deck, spacious living areas, and picturesque views of the lake. Dustin is also very friendly and responsive. I can't wait to come back again.

Good for Family Gatherings

Plenty of room at this property including two common family areas in addition to the 5 bedrooms We had 10 people (6 adults & 4 kids ages 3-7). There is a huge deck that extends from the house almost all the way to the water (elevated). This made for plenty of space for all of us when outdoors together. We had one minor plumbing issue and the owner got the matter addressed and resolved within 6-7 hours. His prompt attention to this was greatly appreciated.

Nice spacious house, beautiful sunsets.

The house was very spacious and clean. We had a large family there and it filled our needs. The views from patio were awsome for sure. There are steep steps from parking to house just a warning. I highly recommend staying here for the views and spacious house. If you take a boat like I did take plenty of tieoff rope and boat bumpers. It is on the main channel and this dock has no working lift and your boat will get knocked around, we broke several ropes, luckily had bummers that helped. The dock get tossed around and we had a couple members get nausea. Get out early in the morning between 6 and 9 AM especially on weekends. To enjoy the calm waters. Other than rough waters and dock getting tossed around we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dustin was great to work with.

Great location

House was great! We had10 adults and one infant, plenty of room. bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. There are 3 bathrooms, 1-a toilet and sink on the bottom level, 2- a full bath (tub, shower) on the upper level, 3- the master bedroom has a bathroom with a shower. All but one bedroom opens up to the upper deck for great views. Plenty of outdoor furniture and seating. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need, we left a hot dog/marshmallow roasting stick, there is a small fire ring if you want to start a pit fire. There is plenty of staples left behind by others if you are not afraid to use them, we did and left some behind as well. Washer and dryer functions well. There were cleaning supplies, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher tablets. In the bathrooms, there are hair dryers and a curling iron, plenty of towels and washcloths- you will need to take your beach towels. We rented a boat from Pirates Point, approx 1 mile by lake travel up the lake by the bridge, it was so easy to rent and return. I was able to paddle board everyday, but you need to be on the lake by 6/7am to get 2-3 hours in before the water gets choppy from boat travel. I paddled to the bridge and back and was very relaxed and comfortable. We floated off the boat dock easily without any troubles. parking is just off the road, we had a 4 Runner, a Ram truck and a Jeep Grand Waggoneer in the parking space without any difficulty. There is a gas grill but no charcoal grill.

Great potential

This home has the potential to be an amazing VRBO. As the new owners just took possession of it shortly before our stay, we don't blame them for the flaws we found and are sure they will correct things as they become familiar with the property. For the good - bedrooms are amazing with patio doors and lake views from 4/5 rooms. This worked so well for our families and our dogs as we could get outside early in the morning without waking the entire house up. The home and decks are beautiful, beds comfortable. For the bad - not super well stocked for a group of 16, which is advertised at the max. Air beds/sofa bed provided did not have full bedding. Could not find enough bath towels upon arrival for 16 people - eventually found more in the dryer. Toilet paper was not stocked for a group of 16 for a week - this is a first for us - but I've seen other listings that specify there is only a roll in each bathroom to start - so clarification or better stocked would be appreciated. Kitchen is not well stocked for a group that large - no tupperware to store leftovers at all, limited pans and cooking supplies. Dock is in need of some TLC - bumper guards had fallen off half the slip. Sharp edges on outside of dock that can (and did) catch the edges of inflatables easily popping them. Dock closets were a mess and were not cleaned prior to arrival - leftover beer cans, etc were all found. I got a nasty splinter up my nail from the dock because the wood is chipped and dry. The propane tank was empty so we had to fill it in order to use the grill. We were told there was parking for 4 cars + additional road parking by the previous owners. 4 cars is a stretch - maybe if they are all small sedans. We had to have two cars parked just partly on the road - other cars/trailers could get by but we were told by a dock inspector that came by that a firetruck could not get by so they needed to be moved. No parking nearby for excess. All in all - we had a fabulous week, but as we venture to Ozarks every summer with a large group, we found this house to be the most lacking in supplies for a large group and need of repairs that we have stayed at. It really does have the potential to be amazing though and we would come back.

Amazing property!

We rented this property to have a reunion for my husband and some of his Marine friends that haven’t seen each other in over 10 years. The property was beautiful and the house was amazing! Dustin was great with communication and with giving us some referrals to a boat rental. Overall this was a great experience for us all!

Great place for a large group to stay together.

This home was great for our recent vacation. Three families, 13 people total, spent nearly a week here together and it had all the space we needed. We weren’t on top of each other, nor were we searching for each other and the cost was perfect for us to split three ways. The kitchen was well stocked and grocery store wasn’t far away. The owners were somewhat slow to reply to questions when something came up but we just explored the area a bit and figured out what we needed. If you are wanting perfection you’ll be disappointed, it is a rental house in a wooded area on the water, bugs are to be expected, but if you want comfort and an amazing view, this place has that covered! The decks and dock are fantastic, and we found numerous floating items for use along with a floating mat which made our whole vacation even better! After our stay, we all decided this needed to be an annual thing so I will be checking dates for next year and hopefully years to come.

The inside of the property is nice and spacious, could use a toaster. The dock was very nice and had lots of lake toys . Kids loved that! Welcome snacks were a nice touch. When you have a house that big three parking spots is difficult. But not a deal breaker! Overall we had a great family weekend!! Love the view!!

Not the best vacation!

Upon entering the house we found dead bugs everywhere so that told us they must’ve been dealing with a bug problem. I cleaned up all the dead bugs and three days later all the carpenter ants came. Air conditioning for the family room and two bedrooms in the upper level didn’t work for three days owner took forever to return our calls. When they finally did the problem was fixed immediately. I just was told the owner would return our call within 24 hours. Did not happen. We just kept leaving messages till they finally answered. The description of the house stated it was a five bedroom house but it did not say one of those beds was an air mattress. Big disappointment!I The walk from the house to the dock was a mudfest. Steppingstones would have been nice. And on top of all that we picked the wrong week to be at Lake of the Ozarks as the water was filled with debris from the weeks of flooding they had prior. Could not water ski tube or do any fun activities on the lake. We couldn’t even get in the lake unless we wanted a mouthful of mulch. These are the reasons why it was such a bad vacation.

Bugs? I have never seen any bugs, I have sprayed for ants as I had a previous guest make me aware that they was present. ( that was very nice and courteous of them) we have taken action to eliminate the ants I have only seen one in all my time there. the air conditioning was fixed with in hours of of you calling our phones (emails do tend to take longer) not sure who told you the owner would return your call in 24 hours??? because you was talking to the owner the queen size air mattress was in the small room due to a previous quest ruining our bed we had in that room. we had the bed but the weather was not the best to be moving beds. we are really sorry for the inconvenience, however we did provide a queen size air mattress that was 30" tall with softness/firmness controls to replace the queen size bed temporarily. we wish you would have brought this disappointment to our attention as we would have taken care of it for you we to are surely sorry for the inclimate weather during your stay, however we don't get to control the weather or whats in the lake, nor can we control muddy conditions. we are sorry you did not enjoy your vacation at the lake due to inclimate weather.

Best Weekend!!

Perfect for our bachelorette party!! So many rooms for everyone to stay comfortably, everything was so clean, amazing deck to talk and play games, 2 living rooms to relax in, and a dock! Would definitely stay here again! Everyone was so happy with the house! There are quite a bit of stairs going down from the parking pad to the house, but SOOO worth it!!

Fantastic getaway

My family loved this lake house. Plenty of room, the interior was nicely decorated. Very homey and comfortable. The dock was nice and big. We enjoyed the decks! Great fishing! The family wants to rent again next year! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The house was beautiful. The location was scary. The steep stairs were a little scary also. The stay was awesome. The owner need to invest in some TV'S. My family was afraid of the roads. House was well stock and maintain.
