Private, Stunning Mtn apartment w/80F degree pool- pool open in summer

For rent is the entire 1,200 sqft ground level meticulously clean new apartment of this beautiful mountain top place. You do not rent the entire house just the apartment below but everything is private (parking, patio, pool, entrance etc) for your group. Includes private use of a 80F degree heated pool (except in late-September thru May when it will be closed), brand new (in 2024) cedar outdoor shower, patio and fire pit area. You also have your own private entrance and parking area. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, keurig & traditional coffee maker, frig/freezer, hot plate, electric griddle, all plates, cups and utensils, pots and pans, cutting brd, wine opener, bbq tools, etc. It does not have an oven or dishwasher but everything else. The patio has a gas grill and large table for 6, tall bar table for 4, 4 sun loungers, 4 Adk chairs, wireless outdoor speakers & pool toys. The campfire on the patio gives a true Adirondack experience. Evening sunsets are breathtaking. Hosts supply the wood for campfire. The home is on a very quiet cul de sac which allows for children to ride bikes, scooters, or skateboards.
We may be staying upstairs so we can help you if we are home.
Quiet time starts at 10pm, (11pm on weekends) meaning keep the music low and keep the kiddos under control. :) There is no smoking on premises please!
We have plenty of games, toys, books, bbq & kitchen supplies. No need to bring them along.
Please respect our home. No drugs, no smoking and no glass in pool or patio area please.
Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am.
We are less than 5 minutes from Lake George Village on a private cul de sac where you can outlet shop, boat, hike, ride bikes on our many trails, swim at the beach, parasail, take a ride on one of the cruise ships or many other activities. Saratoga racetrack is 30 minutes away. Snowmobiling, skiing and ice skating in the winter make this place a great destination also.
The property is located on a private mountain top cul de sac that gives you the best of both worlds. Finish your day with a spectacular sunset.

Fantastic getaway with private pool and game room

Property is super clean and private, owner is lovely and extremely responsive (within a minute!), pool and grounds are beautiful, outdoor shower is heavenly, game room and tv setup is really fun. We had a wonderful time and would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful Place!!

We had the BEST time at Mike and Kim’s home. They were so accommodating with any request we had and super helpful with local recommendations!! Their home is incredible!! We loved the pool and outside fire pit, plus the view of the mountains is beautiful! Their outside grounds are similar to that of a resort! It was one of the best weekend getaways we’ve had! They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend and we will definitely come back.

Amazing getaway!

We loved our long weekend at this beautiful home! The setting is beyond gorgeous- it relaxes you just looking out at the spectacular vista, let alone being able to dine in front of it, swim with that backdrop, and lounge to your hearts content! The interior was spacious and beautifully appointed. The owners spared no attention to detail and we were really, really impressed. The owners were also very very welcoming, and addressed every question/request we had. The pics don't do it justice. We will definitely consider it for another getaway weekend!

Absolutely amazing!!!

Kim & Mike (Sadie 🐶) were wonderful from the very start planning our trip, our welcome, checking in with us, to saying goodbye is thmorning. Anything we needed they were a text away. Clean, spacious and loads of privacy with the most amazing view!! We have been coming to Lake George for years and this was the first time staying in a home and don't think we could ever go back to sharing a pool with other guests. Can't wait to come back!! Magnificent Mohawk Mountain Road

Took a weekend to get out of the city for a relaxing mountain retreat and this listing didn’t disappoint! Located 5 minutes from all Lake George attractions yet you felt you were in a private remote retreat. Full use of the beautifully landscaped outdoor space including pool, grill, and fire pit was private and very relaxing. The view is spectacular! Large playroom with pool table, darts, and TV was rustic elegance. Kim was a very attentive and gracious host. Very responsive to emails/texts and accommodating to requests. This is a beautifully appointed rental (inside and out) and truly a five star experience. We’ll be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay Kim!

This location was not only ideal for our Lake George vacation, it was also absolutely beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment was also very clean and well-kept. Owners were incredibly nice and generous. Will likely stay here again.

Beyond perfect Lake George honeymoon w/ baby

The photos of the apartment do not do this space justice! Beautiful high ceilings, immaculately clean carpets and furniture. Kim’s place is so clearly loved and taken care of. The mountain views from the pool and firepit area were breathtaking! We enjoyed s’mores every night after the baby was asleep thanks to the cute kit left out for guests. Town is Iiterally less than a 10 minute drive away which was perfect for making multiple trips a day in order to come home so the baby could nap. The living room is HUGE and was perfect to set up the pack’n’play in at night so we could get some real sleep (and let me tell you - we did! First ever shared vacation rental where we both slept soundly!). The owners of the property are extremely helpful and thoughtful. We received a bottle of rosé and the sweetest handwritten note congratulating us on our marriage upon arrival. I can’t recommend this apartment enough. My only wish was the we could’ve stayed longer! Keeping my fingers crossed it will be available next summer! Thank you so much Kim!

Kim and Mike’s home was absolutely beautiful inside and out. It’s so close everything we spent our mornings exploring town and evenings poolside and making s’mores by the fire. We would recommend their home to anybody!!

We had a wonderful stay. Kim and Mike were great hosts. The mountain views are beautiful. The apartment is spacious and lovely. Our family had a great time swimming in the pool and sitting by the fire pit.

Awesome getaway home

Stayed here for a rainy Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. Beautiful home, breathtaking views of the Adirondack Mountains, and plenty to do with the heated pool, fire pit, fun games for all to play. Kids slept in the game/TV room and had a blast. Close to the LG Village and other great areas like Glens Falls. Thank you to the owners for a great stay!

Pool with mountain views & more !

Spacious 1br with large den/activity rm and gorgeous grounds - what more could you want. Kim & Mike were very attentive hosts whenever we needed them. Peaceful, clean and relaxing. A view from every window. Can't wait to visit again.

We are a couple who lived in the Lake Luzerne area before we got married and had 2 girls. We loved Lake George for boating, snowmobiling, camping, skiing, shopping, hiking, and the beauty of the area. We love hosting and introducing people to our area and our private oasis.

The view!!! Our home has a beautiful view of the Adirondack Mountains, close enough to the action in the village but far enough away (5 minutes) to be private and quiet.
