Enjoy country living in this charming farmhouse guest cottage

Charming barn guest cottage located on a 5-acre farmhouse property with mountain views. This just built, compact 600 square-foot guest cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, small patio with grill, and RV water and electric hookup available for an additional fee. The main house is located directly adjacent the guesthouse, although not pictured. Escape to the country and still enjoy the convenience and close proximity to all the amenities you could need. Located between I25 and Hwy 83, only 20 minutes from the USAFA North Gate, 10 minute from downtown Monument, 30 minutes from Colorado Springs, and 50 minutes from Denver.

CDC Recommendations for cleaning of property are carefully followed. All surfaces are cleaned with detergent and water first and disinfected with diluted bleach solution. Sheets, blankets, etc are washed with hot water, laundry detergent and bleach, and dried at the highest setting. rugs disinfected with lysol.

I've stayed in VRBOs all over the world. This is my favorite. Very clean and well thought out property minutes away from town but in the middle of the country. So peaceful. The owners are terrific. I plan to stay there again.

If you’re looking for a great, quiet, comfortable Colorado getaway, Dan and Sydney’s place is absolutely amazing. Clean, quaint cottage right next to main residence. Small but not cramped... very comfortable. Anything you need, they have. Atmosphere was lovely... serene with view of mountains. Felt out of the way but was a 10 minute drive from shops and restaurants.

Such a cute place! My sister and I came to the area for a hiking trip and this was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and decorated so nice! We would love to stay again if we’re ever in the area. Great communication with the host too.

Quiet , gorgeous accommodation !

We could not have asked for nicer amenities or lovelier hosts. This cottage has everything. The Kitchen is amazing, and we LOVED the shower. Clearly the hosts have put a great deal of time and thought into making this a perfect place to be home away from home! We highly recommend staying here !

Fanily Vacation

We had a great stay at The Barn. It was nice and clean and provided everything that we needed. It was also in a quiet area which was nice after long and busy days exploring the area. We liked having farm animals nearby as it reminded us of our own home with our ducks and our neighbors turkeys, peahens, chickens, and horses. Definitely would recommend this property and host!

Adorable Country Setting, close to the sights

Our family of six (two adults, children aged 6, 8, 10, and 11) enjoyed our stay at The Barn. The location was great: off the beaten path, quiet, but close to everything we wanted to do/ see. Clean, comfortable, adorable. The binder has great info/ suggestions for your stay. Communication with hosts is quick and easy.

An amazing getaway.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here. The house itself is very cozy comfortable, and quiet - it was exactly what I was looking for with my Colorado getaway. Dan and Sydney were wonderful hosts - super communicative and very kind. For anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway for their Colorado trip, this house has everything you could want. The Barn just felt like home. Comfortable and relaxing had absolutely everything we needed and anything else we wanted was right around the corner!! Would highly recommend you stay here! Great little Apartment for 2

We had a wonderful 8 day stay at Sydney's apartment that is located next to their home. It was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. The only minor complaint was a barking dog in the evening but we realized that was outside of Sydney's control.

Love this place!

Place was fabulous ! Clean, cozy and cute. Hosts were so accommodating to anything we needed and great communication. Loved the country setting and view of animals from our patio. So adorable seeing their horse Penny every morning waiting for her breakfast.💜 Guest house is close to main residence but plenty of privacy. Would highly recommend.

Quiet retreat!

Was looking to be close to the northern part of Colorado Springs/Tech Center, and this was within a 20 minute drive and yet you were out in the country. Exceptional!
