Come stay at this beautiful lake home nestled in the woods on Big Sandy Lake. This home is located on Bill Horn Bay (eastern side of the lake), which is the deepest part of Big Sandy. Only 2-2.5 hours from the Twin Cities!

This lake is 6500 acres and has year round fun for everyone! Come fish, swim, boat to one of the restaurants on the lake, (NEW) pickleball/tennis courts/playground within walking distance, golf at the nearby Minnesota National Golf Course (5 miles), hike in the nearby Savanna State Park, or climb the fire tower! The colors in the Fall from the fire tower are breathtaking. Big Sandy also offers great ice fishing and snowmobile trails!! Whether you need to work & distance learn in a new environment, wanting a winter getaway or looking for that summer escape...we would love to host you!

This lake home has all the amenities!! Central air, gas fire place, open concept kitchen/dining/family room, covered deck with ceiling fans, and a gentle walking path to the grassy shoreline. Our favorite part of the home is the cozy three seasons porch with lake views!

Beautiful Cabin!

We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful cabin! Everything was VERY clean and nicely decorated. Andrea was an amazing host! Very responsive and helped out with all the little details.

Beautiful Lake Front Home

Andrea has the most beautiful home located right on the lake. She is incredible responsive and welcoming! Somehow the home is even more beautiful in person - and it is incredible looking in the pictures!

Cabin getaway

The property was beautiful but not easy to find as our GPS routes us to a minimum maintenance road to get there. The house was immaculate and we had all we needed. It was as we expected it to be and more. The sunroom was our favorite spot to relax. I would definitely recommend and book again.

Beautiful Location and Home

We had a wonderful stay on Big Sandy Lake. The home was so lovely and perfect for our adult family of 6. We were able to go boating, kayaking, fishing, and play many rounds of golf. The home has plenty of amenities- kayaks, dock, swim pad, fire pit, yard games, indoor games, hammock… Andrea was a great host - very communicative. We had a great time and made lots of good memories. I hope to return many times. I highly recommend it.

Perfect Week on the Lake

This is a great house to enjoy the water. It is located in a calm section of the lake, and with a sandy bottom, was great for kids. We spent most of the week swimming, fishing, SUPing, and enjoying campfires while watching beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend renting a pontoon at the nearby Resort to appreciate the full scope of the lake. The house itself was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of puzzles and board games to entertain on a rainy morning. We loved the sun room and eating out on the deck. Owner was very responsive before, during, and after our stay.

Property was lovely, would definitely rent again!

This property was exactly as described and photos showed. The owner was very prompt in all communication. The kitchen was very well equipped, bedding was very nice, clean and comfortable. It is a very clean property and furnishings are very nice. The host emailed details about check in, check out and a list of things to do in the area which was a nice touch. This is a very nice home in a good location and I highly recommend it and the hosts. They provided great service throughout.

Amazing Week Up North

Wow! We spent an amazing week at Tower Pines and had a wonderful “Up North” experience. Andrea was easy to work with and very responsive. The cabin is beautiful and was set up perfectly for our family of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids). They had everything we needed - from the kitchen and grilling supplies to the games, books, puzzles, ping pong table, etc. The lake is beautiful - perfect for jumping off the dock and swimming to the floating dock. We enjoyed yard games and relaxing on the porch overlooking the lake. The cabin is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We hope to be back next summer!

Excellent Memories Made

The home was wonderfully decorated and inviting with everything you need for a family vacation. We had a great time with things to do for all ages (5 months to 62 years old)! Kids had a lot of fun on the lily pad and jumping off the dock. The lake was clean with very few weeds and it lived up to the Big Sandy name with a nice sandy bottom!! The owner was super responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely recommend staying there again!

John and I have been searching for years to find the right cabin on the right lake for our family of 4 to escape life in Shakopee, MN. We love to relax and enjoy all the outdoors have to offer when we can. We are so excited to call this cabin on Big Sandy our own and to also share it with our friends and family. We sincerely hope you can enjoy all this cabin, lake, and area have to offer when we cant make it up!
