Kick back on the luxury sofa to watch a good game or movie, then throw on your ski gear to take the Snowflake Lift up to the slopes. That's right, this condo enjoys an unbeatable ski-in/out location. It's also right next to downtown Breckenridge, so whenever you need a break from the mountain, you'll have all kinds of boutiques, eateries, and activities just a stone's throw away. Use the complimentary WiFi to download some good workout music, head over to the gym for some exercise, then cool off with a dip in the pool. You'll also love playing games like air hockey and Ping-Pong in the community game room.
While winter visitors can shred the spectacular Breckenridge ski runs, summer guests can take gorgeous hikes along the Blair Witch Trail, the Lily Pad Lake Trail, and the Spruce Creek Trail. You can also find summer activities like stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, and freshwater fishing at Dillon Reservoir.

Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.

All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
