The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a three-seat breakfast bar - perfect for enjoying a quick lunch or an early-morning breakfast burrito. Download your favorite playlist to your device with the free WiFi then head to the community fitness center for a good workout, or indulge in an invigorating dip in the pool's turquoise water. The unit does not have air conditioning.
During your stay, you'll be just steps from the Snowflake Lift and just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with shops, restaurants, and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, a dog park, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers, and you can indulge in excellent fishing opportunities when you charter a boat with Alpine Fishing Adventures, 10 miles away.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that this unit does not include air conditioning. The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky. Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals. Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away. Breckenridge Business License No. 47282.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.

Summer stay at Blue Sky
Rooms (2 bed / 2 baths) were clean and spacious. Balcony overlooked still snow covered peaks. Kitchen and eating areas easily acclimated 4 adults. Walk to Breckenridge village or use free shuttle. Staff were very accommodating. We’re considering coming back for spring skiing. Walk out back door to chair lift and lift purchases. All and all a very beautiful and pragmatic for a vacation stay.

Place was great
Place was wonderfully located and equipped. Very convenient for skiing with rentals in building and lift next door. Breckenridge is a complete madhouse during spring break and skiing was a giant traffic jam everywhere (they sell too many tickets) so never again but these accommodations were awesome!

Great location and very comfortable
We had a wonderful time here! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Location can't be beat. The CU Tavern and private shuttle service into town are great added amenities. Would highly recommend BlueSky and will definitely return next year.

Fantastic amenities and location!
Just returning from a week at Bluesky #406 and we can’t wait to return. The location off of Snowflake chairlift is wonderful. The on-site rental and valet service with walkout to chairlift made our stay super easy for the skiers in the group. The speedy shuttle service into town was perfect for the non-skiers! Overall, a beautiful condo in a great resort!

Convenient
My husbands family has been gathering in Breck for a week reunion/ski for forty years, on and off. We have stayed many places. Blue Sky is the tops for convenience with ski in/out, parking garage, locker rooms, and on site ski shop. The spacious bathrooms and fireplace were a plus. We cook so kitchen area was very limited and in our unit there was not one place to store food, only drawback- which we could live with. Would rent here again.

Fantastic stay! The condo was perfectly cleaned and well stocked with everything needed to cook meals. The location of the condo was perfect for watching my family ski down the run and get on the lift. Can't wait to return!

Excellent quality and location
Family and I really enjoyed our stay in Bluesky #406. Apartment in mint condition and location was right next to snowflake lift. Really nice to come back mid-day for lunch break. (probably saved $50-$100 per day vs eating on mtn.)

Great stay near Snowflake Trail
Loved the decor of the unit. Very nice view of Snowflake trail from the picture windows and balcony. The property is in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only small complaint I have is the mattresses are firm after a long day of biking and hiking. But overall a really comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed it and will look to book again.

Beautiful condo
This condo was very clean and the amenities were great! There was a trail right at the base of the ski lift that was gorgeous. Staff was very helpful and made our stay incredibly comfortable!
