After a day on the mountain, relax by the gas fireplace in the living area of this ski-in/out condo or marvel at the panoramic views of the ski resort base and nearby mountains from your private balcony. This platinum-rated getaway is fully air-conditioned–perfect for warm Steamboat evenings in the summertime. It features a well-equipped kitchen including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar perfect for four people, and a dining area with a table able to seat six people perfectly. The living area offers guests brand new comfortable leather furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace for those colder months, a large TV, and access to the private balcony with seating so you can enjoy an early afternoon happy hour. For entertainment purposes, this family-friendly retreat is equipped with three TVs, a DVD player, and a stereo system for your enjoyment.

Cool off in the summer months after a long, hot day of activities with air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. Additional amenities include a front-loading washer and dryer with detergent provided and heated garage parking for your convenience. The main bedroom features a comfortable bed, a flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and cool nights with air conditioning. The second bedroom offers two extra-long twin beds that can be combined to make a bed upon request and a TV. There is an additional full bathroom across the hall with a walk-in shower. There is also an American Leather sofa bed in the main living area that offers another comfortable bed for additional sleeping space.

Enjoy an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a fitness room, ski lockers, and an on-call winter shuttle service to take guests to shopping, dining, and other local activities. Torian Plum also has the fastest resort-wide WiFi in Steamboat Springs! You and your loved ones will enjoy a prime location close and convenient to restaurants and town, hot springs, and mountain biking and hiking.

The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

Things to Know
No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.
The property does not accept or participate in sports team events and/or discounts.
Youth Sports notice: The Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.

Our new home away from home in Steamboat!

This perfectly appointed condo was just perfect for our family! Every amenity was thought of (even chip clips for my kids!). The beds were all so comfortable, as well as all the furnishings. We loved the large dining table and spent our evenings playing cards around it. The views were just heaven of course! We will be back!

Perfect retreat!

What a comfortable well appointed condo. Everything you need right at you fingertips including the mountain & restaurants. You can just sit back and enjoy the view of the mountains & skier’s right from the living room or balcony. You can even see the lift line at the gondola & Christie chairlift so you can judge the perfect time to go skiing without the wait. The beds are extremely comfortable & the kitchen had everything I needed to make scrumptious meals for my family. I would definitely stay here again!

Quality Ski-in/Out with Great Views

Panoramic mountain views, easy access to slopes (no crossing street, just 30 yards from the door). The condo has spacious bedrooms with lots of closets. Baths were nice, large, clean and modern. The whole place had high-quality finishes and materials throughout. Especially the wood trim, carpeting and decorations made everything feel cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars are all a short walk. Parking was included with interior access to elevator. Check in/out was easy with helpful staff at front desk. Would stay again.

great place for a summer getaway!

Our family of four had a wonderful time at this condo. The kids were able to play in the stream just off the plaza, we swam in the pool/hot tub, and rode the mountain coaster a short walk away. A/C in both bedrooms and the living room was nice to have also.
