We have recently designed and built an architectural link that offers covered travel to the guest house along with an outside dining table.

Main House: Woodburning stove in the cozy living room, 2 very comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 Desk spaces and office/library, full kitchen with state of the art oven for any cooking lovers. Filled with Teas, Coffee, Condiments, Spices etc for all your cooking needs.

Guest House: Wood Burning Stove, Projector Screen, 1 very comfy bed & Bathroom. When it's outside weather there is an outside covered deck with mosquito nets for outside dinners and a large garden to relax and enjoy. Our property is surrounded by trees so you have complete privacy from the road and neighbors.

We border Sundown Forrest, close to the Vernoy Kill swimming hole, 20 minutes from the beautiful Ashokan reservoir, and many other epic walk trails. Kerhonkson is a great area to explore surrounded by many buzzing restaurants and breweries. We are right in the countryside so it's a great area for stargazing on clear nights!
