With a queen-size bed in the Gulf-side master bedroom, along with a queen-size murphy bed in the living area, unit 1120 accommodates up to four guests comfortably – ideal for a family beach vacation, a spontaneous trip with friends and every occasion between. Upon entering, you will find the stackable washer and dryer combination immediately on your right and the fully-equipped kitchen on your left, including all the appliances and utensils to create your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads directly to the living area, featuring a queen-size murphy bed along with a television and DVD player combination. Step through the sliding glass door onto the spacious Gulf-facing deck, just steps from the white sandy beach and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf coast. Down the hall from the living area, you will find the bathroom on your left, boasting a double vanity and tub/shower combination. Adjacent to the bathroom is a spare closet, providing plenty of room for all your belongings. There is also a vanity with space for a seat at the end of the hall, ideal for getting work done if needed. To the right of the vanity is the entrance to the Gulf-side master bedroom. Enjoy your own private oasis with welcoming décor, gorgeous views, a king-size bed as well as a flat-screen television. Sandpiper Cove 1120 is the perfect getaway for an unforgettable beach vacation.

Things to Know
Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
