Wake up each morning to catch the sun rising over the water from one of the two private balconies, where you can sip your coffee in solitude, watch for dolphins in the waves below, or even savor an evening cocktail after a day spent out on the sand. You'll be treated to floor-to-ceiling windows and a mirrored living room wall that enhance the view and the sunlight, stainless steel appliances in the full kitchen, a TV in the living room and each of the two bedrooms & a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits - all within steps of fantastic shared amenities that include swimming pools, a hot tub & two fitness centers. Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in or stay. If you are under 25 years old and are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian that is 25 years of age or older, you will not be permitted to stay in this unit. Please call Vacasa as soon as possible about your reservation.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great view and good location

We loved the view! Easy access to the beach plus 3 different pools. A variety of restaurants in the area some even walking distance. The bar has good drinks. Master bathroom needs some attention has a humid smell.

Beautiful views

The views are amazing. There’s a tiki bar, cafe on the property and the staff is very friendly. 3 pools, one in the sun, one in the shade and one is inside and outside. Beautiful white powder beach on property. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Also a waterpark across the street you can walk to.

Absolutely amazing

Beautiful beach condo

We have stayed here twice and will definitely be back again! The condo is beautiful, had the perfect amount of space and the views are amazing!!! We loved staying here both time (2 years apart) there are 4 of us and we have told so many of our friends and family about this condo. The building has recently been updated so it now matched how nice the condo itself looks, the beach colors and decorations make you feel like you’re at a beach paradise!

Great accommodations

Our family of 4 enjoyed this trip. The resort was nicely kept. Our condo was clean and just as it appeared in the pictures. Our only complaint was the lack of quality cooking items. We ended up purchasing things from a local grocery in order to cook in the unit.

Best view!

This room was just as the pictures showed! The view was amazing and the space was much more roomy than I anticipated. Beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and amenities were good. Quick easy beach access! We couldn't figure out the tvs in the bedrooms ,but that could just be us. But we were on vacation and didn't need much TV anyway.

Stunning views

The views from this corner condo are almost too good to believe. The condo is spacious and had all the pots/pans/plates we needed for cooking. The sliding doors are basically sound proof and provided needed protection from a very bad storm. However from the master bath window you could hear everything from the pool down below. Need to work on the cleanliness a bit and a few things need replacing, torn window screens, dishwasher, twin beds are sunken in. The property has three clean pools and a stunning beach. The pool side food and drinks were delicious. The beach chairs are insanely uncomfortable so I’m not sure why everyone is renting them.

A fine stay

The location is awesome. The view was even better. The ice maker is still not working but we found ice trays in the cabinet. The only things that were off putting was the smell (it was a little stale smelling) and the sofa. We covered it with the sheets that were left for the sofa bed so everything was good for us.

RENT IT!

Condo was great! Great views from all rooms! Only negative was the code sent to me did not work! Had to stay on phone to get resolved. Condo next door said people before me ALSO had a code that didnt work! With that being said, I would absolutely book this condo again!!

Great stay

Overall great condo to stay in. Condo was clean and met our needs. Only knock on the place is the code access that was provided did not work. Called help desk and over seas tech could not resolve issue either. Had to be escalated which was not pleasant sitting outside the condo after traveling all day. Still give 5 stars just get the access code fixed. Previous reviews state the same issue.

Family vacation

This is a great spot for a family if you want to be close to the beach and pools! We had two kids and two adults. Plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils! The views were amazing. Super close to the main elevator, easy access to pools and beach. You did have to set up your umbrellas behind the rental ones but not a problem for us! There were some scuff marks and sand in the place but you have to expect that at the beach. Otherwise it was nice and clean. Only problem was the door - as a previous review said anyone (even my 1.5 year old) can reach and open the door. It appears there was a dead bolt at some point but no other way to lock it so he could walk right out if wanted, and the twin beds were in the room closet to door. Over all a great place! So nice to just sit out and look at all the beautiful ocean views!

Resort great but unit 1001 needs maintenance work

We loved the view from this room! The pools were awesome and not too crowded. Chicken Philly at Cafe is GREAT. The unit itself has some broken items that caused my 3/5 stars. Ice maker produces about 10-15 ice cubes per day. Plastic rack in freezer broken. Ceiling fan and light in master did not work, shower curtain ripped in secondary bath. Dishwasher not properly functioning. Sometimes it started sometimes it didn’t and we had to empty it all and wash by hand.

Beautiful view.

Amazing view! No question that is the best part. Beds are comfortable. The unit needs slight update overall, especially around doors and windows. Process getting in was difficult because the code provided was incorrect. No text messages were ever sent as described in the booking. Had to sit on phone thankfully only for 15 minutes to get a working code. It was Embarrassing to sit out there for so long with all our bags in the hallway because we struggled calling around before finding who could help. Despite the hiccup in the beginning, this condo was an overall fun stay. Abide by the rules and you will have no issues. We have enjoyed ourselves thanks pelican beach resort in Destin.

Best view ever!!

This condo had the best view I’ve ever had! Right on the beach it could not have been better. However the condo itself needed a major overhaul furniture is very dirty (I would not let my kids sit on the couch it was that dirty and disgusting the bed headboard was broken as well ) needs updating in a very bad way!

Beautiful Views

Views were amazing, loved the 3 pools, the tiki bar, & live music. Condo was clean & comfortable, with the exception of the couch in the front room. There was a oatmeal colored couch & 2 clothed bar stools, and the couch & chairs both had lots of stains all over it, very worn down & dingy looking, which simply didn’t fit the rest of this clean & beautiful condo. No one in my family sat on the couch or barstools bc of this. This is the only reason I choose 4 stars. Time for an upgraded couch & barstools which would make this a 5 out of 5 no doubt.

Nice place but…

The room was spacious and had plenty of space for my family. Overall cleanliness was an issue with the place. Floors were dirty when we arrived and there was sand in sheets and a lot of the furniture was stained and gross. Beach was the other problem… unless you rent a chair don’t expect to utilize the beach at this property. They have it on lock down with rental chairs. You do have the option to sit behind all the rows of chairs but it is very limited on space and when you take a lot of kids to the beach it is very uncomfortable to go stand in front of people so you can actually see your kids in the water. They just do not have space to accommodate all the people.

Overall this was a very good experience. The condo was not very clean and the AC was set to change temperature every few hours, and we called to have it fixed but the maintenance person never came

PERFECT

Everything about this condo was perfect!!! The views were gorgeous, I could literally sit on the balcony all day and just soak up that ocean breeze! This unit was not far from the elevators so that was very convenient and the check in/check out process was so easy. Oh and the jetted tub was an added bonus after a full day of being on the beach 😁 I would 10/10 recommend this condo and Pelican Beach Resort. I’m ready to plan my next trip

Perfect for our family

Amazing views, beautiful property, comfortable beds. Kitchen is the perfect size. Easy walk to the beach. Pools are fun. Great place to grill. We would definitely stay here again!
