Come and see the amazing views at one of our newest listings...Crystal Shores West 1303! This two bedroom, 2 bath condo is located close to all downtown Gulf Shores has to offer and has many amenities available onsite to make sure your vacation is great no matter if you are in or out and about. This unit is equipped with a full service kitchen complete with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and tile throughout. There is room for dining at the table and more at the bar as well as comfy seating in the living area. There are also flat screen TVs through out and WiFi/Internet access for your entertainment needs. All can enjoy a great sunrise or sunset as well on the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Once you are ready to retire, the Master bedroom offers a king bed with private bathroom and access to the balcony. The Guest bedroom offers a twin over Queen bunk.

When you are ready to venture outside of the condo, onsite amenities included with your stay are a heated swim through indoor/outdoor pool, large hot tub, four person sauna, two pool tables, a foosball table, full gym with Gulf views, a grill area with four stainless grills, and showers on the boardwalk for when you are ready to leave the beach for the day. If you want to go into town, we are just minutes away from the center of downtown Gulf Shores and many restaurants and shops whether you walk or drive. It is just a four minute drive from Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Track Go Karts, Goofy Golf, and only 17 minutes from the Foley Tanger Outlets. So whether you want to take it easy in the room or go out on the town during your gulf coast vacation, Crystal Shores West 1303 is sure to please!

Beautiful view condo

We loved Orange Beach so much. Great for families. Sand and water perfect. We did see a lot of jellyfish and got stung, but we will definitely be going again! The condo was roomy and really nice with a beautiful 14th floor view. Loved everything and hope to visit again soon!

Great view, very clean, a home away from home!!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! We had everything we needed to stay for a week and be comfortable. It felt like our home away from home. The only gripe that we had is the Wi-Fi. It kept cutting out almost the entire week even after maintenance, took a look at it. Other than that no complaints.

The room was exactly as advertised. The view was great. Room was clean. The pool warm and the whirlpool was hot. We especially liked how close it was to the beach.

When we arrived at the property everything went very smooth. We were able to get in right away and had everything we needed. The property was exactly as pictured and the view was SPECTACULAR! Would definitely stay again!

One of the Good Ones

Loved staying here! Of course you’re at the beach and expect the best and this was a good one. We plan to be back. Check-In process was super easy. Questions were answered quickly. Information was all provided up front as far as codes needed to access property areas. Beautiful views from room. Setup was exactly like what was shown. Beach was not super crowded. Truly made for the best week!

Even More Than Expected

Everything we needed could be found in the condo. The balcony offered a spectacular view, and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. We had plenty of room, and we were not disturbed by other people. What a wonderful vacation!

One elevator broken the second closed for a short time, living room chairs smelled like body order, bed comfortable in main bedroom but hard as the floor in the second, no locks on sliding doors, overall we were pleased, the high chairs on the balcony were a little dangerous

Beautiful balcony view!

We loved the condo! It was great location and super clean! The only issue we had on arrival day was the elevators. The wait was over 25 minutes due to there is only 2 and one kept breaking down. Even once the elevators were both working they were so slow. Alot of other guests were complaining about elevators as well throughout our stay. Overall would definitely stay at this condo again!

Condo was as advertised, well equipped and stocked. Great views! Prickett Properties was easy to work with and always available. Only real negatives were the floors. Really dirty, long blond hairs under the bed and lots of dust bunnies. Furniture and rugs are worn out. I'd love to return if the furniture was replaced. JC & ME Illinois

Clean great view but disappointed that the pool was closed.

Our stay would have been a 5 star since it had great views and clean had the indoor and outdoor pool been open but instead it was closed for renovation. Note in elevator stated it would begin Nov 21st. Would have been nice to have known before hand as I would have chosen a different place since I specifically looked for somewhere with a indoor pool so my 6 year old could swim. That was all she asked for and was crushed. So if you are planning a winter trip and want to swim take your money elsewhere.

Disappointed In Condo Unit.

I was very disappointed in the condo unit. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for five years and this is the most we have ever paid for condo rental and it’s the worst maintain condo we’ve stayed at. The chairs (3) in the living room were disgustingly filthy in addition to being uncomfortable. Also, the rug in the living room area was dirty and stained. There was mold on the master bathroom ceiling. The condo unit has seen some wear and tear and needs updating. The condo building itself was in a good location and was well maintained.

Excellent Stay

Absolutely the best! Management communication was exceptional from initial booking. Email check in instructions along with tips of what to bring and expect, peak traffic times etc. The unit was fully stocked with plenty of linens, dishes, utensils, appliances and quality cookware. Parking passes and pool wrist bands were waiting when we checked in. There wasn't anything we could not find in the unit that was needed for a great stay. The location is great, just a few lights from Hwy 59 where you will find plenty of places to eat, stock up on groceries and fun activities, and just a short drive to Ft. Morgan and Orange Beach. Now for the pièce de résistance, the view from the 13th floor! Stunning Gulf views, with no obstructions. So relaxing to sit and listen to the ocean waves and keep an eye out for marine life and sea birds. We spotted plenty of pelicans, dolphins and even a shark. The large balcony can be accessed from the bedroom and living room with ample seating and space to enjoy, solid side walls provided privacy. Just a few steps from the elevator to the beach. There is a shoe holder for walking on the beach barefoot and a hose to rinse off sand upon your return. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and we would definitely return if the need arises in the future.
