Perfect location

Great location! We really enjoyed the condo. Was the perfect location to be able to explore Deadwood, Spearfish, and drive to Devils Tower. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We loved the condo. It was very clean and it made us feel very welcomed and comfy. We can't wait till we find another time to come to the hills and stay again. Will definitley tell others about it so they can stay there also when they visit the black hills. Also very affordable i thought to.

ATV TRIP

CONDO WAS AWESOME! BRETT WAS AWESOME! We came with 2 trucks with trailers and atv's. No where to park required to park on street with 72 hr limit . First come first serve if coming on weekend you will not have amywhere to park street with

Our stay was good. The living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable and the chairs were very uncomfortable by the counter.

Good location

Fairly nice condo overall, only has AC in the living room. Two main bedrooms with attached bathrooms which was awesome. Could have been a bit cleaner... the floor was quite dirty and the bathrooms need a deep clean. Probably would stay again if in the area.

Great setup for 2 couples

Condo is centrally located with easy access to everything you'd want to do in the hills. Nice remodel and super comfortable with 2 private master suites and an open concept living space. Property manager very responsive - would definitely stay there again!

Vacation

The condo worked out very well. Location was great for all we wanted to do. Size of unit is just right for 4 people. Very quiet in September. Scenery and animals were wonderful. The slider slats need some work but that is the only thing we found. Very pleased!!

Clean and comfortable—would stay again

Overall it was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The key pad was unusual and it took a long time to unlock the door every time we entered the apartment and the host was a bit slow in responding. But other than those two issues, it was a great place and those two things would not dissuade me from here staying again. Loved the Black Hills!

Overall it was a nice place: was able to check in early. Cleaning lady was very pleasant and showed me how to use the keypad to unlock door. Not so good was: the couch was very uncomfortable, floor mats in one of the bathrooms were dirty, no screen on sliding glass door, dispensers in shower were not filled and the worst thing was that Brett did not communicate with us. After our initial contact, he did not respond to any of our texts or messages sent through VRBO.

New Years get away

This was our 2nd year staying here . It's an amazing location, close to all the great sights and happenings. And quiet place to come back too when we are done for the day. There is a few maintenance things that need attention. The patio blinds were broken last year and still were this year. We brought camping chairs to sit in as the couch only really fits 2. The stools are nice but not to watch TV or play games. Bottom line this is still an excellent place to stay.

Internet was weak and spotty - TV was terrible, couldn't find any live channels for current news or sports games - limited amount of dishes - bathrooms could have had a more thorough cleaning

Nice location and the condo was roomy and nicely updated. Unfortunately, there was an infestation of what looked like cockroaches in the complex. We killed a few dozen. Also, the only heat source seemed to be an electric tv credenza in the living room but nothing in the bedrooms. Luckily the weather was mild.

Not what we expected

Location was nice for what we needed and place was sufficient. As soon as part of us arrived we realized the internet wasn’t working. We reached out in several ways but couldn’t get it fixed or any appropriate response. It was very disappointing because we felt like it could be an easy fix if we could have gotten a call back. Also, the place wasn’t very clean. Stray hairs in the bathroom, toothpaste in the sink. Only one full roll of toilet paper for four people. Just not quite up to my standards.

Love the town and the location of the unit

We had an ok stay in this condo. The finishing were newer and the place was clean. We had a problem with hot water and one of the tubs never fully drained. It was gross getting into cold dirty water each morning. The thing that disappointed us the most was after reaching out to the host to let him know he never responded. We dropped a good amount of money we deserve to get a response, sorry for that inconvenience or I’ll be right over. Nothing but silence. Also on t seems there is some water damages in the bathroom. If you are sensitive to mold or musty air try somewhere else for sure. I was the only one that had the courage to walk through the main hallway. It smelled like an ashtray and was not fun. Our crew use the outside door but one brave sole had to lock it from the inside and use the front door. I think this place deserves the 3 stars due to the lack of attention from the host.

Nicely decorated! The condo was perfect for two couples. We loved it. Nice comfortable beds, quiet location and easy to get to. I would recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay

Initially condo was not clean when we got there (at 10 pm). We found enough clean cheers to make the beds, got in contact with owner and there was a miscommunication with the housekeeper. She came out next morning and cleaned condo and put fresh sheets on bed and left a sweet note apologizing for the miscommunication. It was a great place to stay near all the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay there again.

Stay in Lead!

We had 2 adult couples who stayed at this location and it was perfect! Each had their own bedroom and bathroom! We did not spend much time in the living area but it was satisfactory! Place was easy to find and a beautiful view on the way back from deadwood! Would recommend as we want to stay there again as well
