Endless beach days and breathtaking views await you at this unique lakefront home here in Rockaway Beach! This getaway boasts an open living area and four bedrooms for 12 guests to spread out and enjoy their own peace and quiet. Head outside and you will find a beautifully furnished deck overlooking the water of Crescent Lake where you can enjoy an evening cocktail and reminisce with loved ones. Come summer, you can head out to the private pool and wade in refreshing waters or simply lounge in the shade with a good book in hand.

With all of the comforts of home and more, no one will want to leave this oasis, but heading out to explore the town is a great way to spend a day! On foggy mornings, bring a cup of coffee to the sand and simply walk along the coastline as you collect shells and enjoy the sound of the tide. As the day heats up, enjoy a picnic and splash in the waves or head into downtown Rockaway and try out some local cuisine!

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
There is a private pool but the pool room is only available if the pool heat fee is paid.
The Pool room is not available at this time due to repairs

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 95 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Father’s Day Weekend

Our family had a blast! The house is the perfect location for enjoying everything Rockaway Beach has to offer. We hope to use the home again next year!!

Great Large Family house

House was perfect for my kids birthday, lots of room for a large group. Pool was great, needs more lighting in the pool area and backyard, also no washer and dryer which is kind of a bummer with wet clothes from the pool

Comfortable and cozy

I stayed here with my family 5 adults and 2 kids and it was great. Lots of space and room to move around. The pool was amazing but we had trouble with the pool key code. It was a different code but we were able to get that fixed quickly. Also it could've been user error (our fault) but we couldn't find the lights to the pool. Kid friendly. We definitely will be planning on staying here again.

House with pool

We stayed here for 4 days in December (4 adults, 2 kids). The heated indoor pool is a great feature of this house! It's about 25 ft long, 7 ft deep at one end; plenty of room for kids and adults to play. Note: we did have trouble getting the pool access code from Vacasa (different key from house key). Hopefully they will fix that glitch. Home has a huge DVD collection; some puzzles and games. Adequate kitchen. Good beach and lake access. We were able to launch our canoe to the lake from the backyard (water high because of big rain and wind storm). We did lose power for about 24 hours - luckily we brought some flashlights and got some candles (house did not have those). I gave it 5 stars because of the pool and beach and lake access; otherwise I'd give it 4 stars.

Decent place with a few drawbacks

This place is a little funky and quirky but somewhat nicer than the photos show. The pool was great although could’ve been a little warmer given we paid $230 to have it heated. (Based on reviews, we called twice ahead of time to make sure we had the pool key lockbox code and it was heated). Would be nice to have a washer and dryer with all the pool towels and not a lot of places to hang them to dry. The pool room got very steamy and condensation dripped down so nothing really dried out there. Please put some WD40 on the door hinges as all were very squeaky. Our three families had a nice stay but for the money might chose a different house that didn’t face the highway. One last thing: please get more lamps as all the fluorescent lights were oppressive!

Great for kids!

The swimming pool is a plus! Although there is not enough lighting for when it’s dark, only a motion sensor. The kitchen is horribly equipped made a family that regularly cold very hard to get dinner going. The house could benefit from some attention. PROS: Great location. Beautiful back yard right on the lake, beach access is less than a minutes walk away. CONS: Only space heater so it can get cold in parts of the house Not enough towels supplied considering there’s a pool, although we did all for more towels and they were very helpful and C dropped some off for us No washer/dryer (we had to deal with wet clothes) not good for kids, beach, sand, swimming pool etc. kitchen is NOT adequately equipped, made it extremely challenging to cook dinner for our family.

Great place for a large group of friends!

This place was so cozy and wonderful. Had enough space for everybody and had a great range of VHS tapes that made a cozy and comfortable weekend stay.

Home with pool!

It was Okay to spend the weekend there. It needs a lot maintenance. There was a missing piec on the floor, heating system wasn’t working Needs more cleaning, there were lots of bats at night. 1 door couldn’t open. Pool it’s great. The only thing you need 72 to warm up in advance but, I didn’t had the opportunity for that because I booked the home a night before. Okay for the 12 people. Other then that it has room for everyone

Great Friends Retreat

There is plenty of room for alone time yet plenty of room for fun and games. The beach is just across the roan and it is beautiful. Nice soft towels plenty for everyone.

It was okay...

The pool itself was great!! The kids loved it and had a great time. The size of the dining room table was also great as was the gorgeous lake view! There was lots of seating but it's all old, run down and uncomfortable. There was also hairs covering one of the beds and a stain on the comforter on another. At one point during our trip a pool maintenance person showed up and gave us a fright because they let themselves in. Which is fine, but some communication to expect them would be nice. But the worst part is that we tried to park down below in the carport area to avoid parking on 101 and the carport stairs and door were completely covered in feces. It was disgusting!! I tried reaching out about it while we were there and never received any communication back.

Wonderful Pool

I chose to stay at this property specifically for the pool. It’s incredibly well maintained, large enough for huge inflatable toys (generously provided), and has a maximum depth of 6.5 feet.

So much potential

This property is very big and has many beds and seating for a large gathering. Unfortunately when we arrived, the property did not appear to have been cleaned. There were still Happy Birthday Banners hanging up in the dining room. There was trash under, in, and around the couches. The back door and deck was covered in Spiders/Spider webs. We had to knock them all down with a broom before we could even go out on the back deck. There were windows that didn't work, blinds that didn't work, and the dishwasher doesn't work! The lake view was beautiful, unfortunately it's not really a useable lake, it's all weeds. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. This house is right on the highway and very loud at night, even with the windows closed. The worst part was the fact that it is an extra $95 per day to heat the pool. We paid this fee to have the pool heated. It was not warm enough to use until 2 days later. We were only able to use the pool 1 out of our 3 days. We reached out to the property manager and were told they would look into it, and then never heard anything else. Overall, this is property is very overpriced and not one that we would ever go back to.

Pool but no W & D

Pros. Pool with heat (a must). Very interesting and beautiful back yard. Extra linens. Close to beach. Larger than expected, could easily sleep 18 without anyone on a floor. Cons. NO washer & dryer. $1900 for 3 nights after taxes, fees and pool heat. That was with a 10% off coupon. Paid $289 for pool heat and they post “pool hours” . Directly on Hwy 101. Broken blinds, no screens on some windows, I believe the bed I slept in was also broken, dishwasher needed held in place to start etc. No extra garbage bags, 3 dishwasher tablets. Poor information from property management regarding this specific house. For example: no info about cooking utensils, coffee pot etc. Generic instructions to start a load of towels ummm no W & D. Not a good description of what you will find regarding sleeping arrangements. No description of beach chairs or canoe found at house. Can guests use??

Perfect for family and kids

Not so great

Was not very happy with the way things were handle. Dishwasher was broken called to let them know, they said they would send someone out they never did. We spent are vacation washing dishes for ten people for every meal not what I went on vacation for. Will not use Vacasa again.

Great Location, Clean and Relaxing

We had another great stay here at the Crescent Lake Lookout. The pool was perfect and the weather was great. Loved watching the deer, raccoons & salamanders out the back by the pond.

House needs some work, but the location is terrific!

This is an older house with a weird layout. For example, you have to walk through one bedroom to get to two others — which means walking by sleeping people to get to the bathroom at night. And the bathrooms are older and need updating badly. The furnishings are ……eclectic …….and some should probably be replaced. BUT the kitchen is relatively updated, the dining room can accommodate a huge group, there are five(ish) bedrooms with lots of beds, and the deck and backyard are lovely. And the indoor pool is a huge hit with kids of all ages. There were four children in our group and they had to be dragged out of the pool for meals. The location is great — about two blocks from the beach and a short drive to the town.

Family Vacation

This was an amazing stay for our group! Age range of kids 7-18 loved the indoor pool. It was well kept and even had a regular check of levels and water top off during the week. A quick walk across Hwy 101 led to the beautiful beach! And the tranquility of the lake directly behind the property was the best place for morning coffee! One thing we were wishing for was a washer/dryer since we had kids in some body of water the entire time and dry towels were becoming scarce for our group. Plenty of room for all 12 of us to spread out!

Relaxing family retreat

We rented it for the indoor pool and once it got up to temperature it was amazing. Call to verify that the pool is heated to 85. It was 80 when we arrived and it was too cold for the 2 year old. At 85 it was hard to get anyone out of the pool. Overall great stay.

Rockaway Beachhouse

It was pouring down rain so we utilized the pool more than we thought we would, which was our favorite part of the house. Make sure you find the lights for the pool (they are cool). We had to contact Vacasa to reserve the pool. There is a waterway to the lake. If we come again, we will bring our row boat. They had a great selection of more "adult" movies. If you have children you may want to bring some kid movies with you. Overall, we had a nice stay.
