Nice and quiet master bedroom, centrally located

Located in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to Downtown San Jose, grocery stores, freeways, walking distance from Penetencia Creek Park and driving distance from Alum Rock Park. You will have access to the second level of the house with a common area which includes a microwave, coffee maker, and prepackaged snacks for breakfast. You will be sharing the house with my parents and 1 senior dog occupying the first floor space and a quiet tenant who has their own private room. Your private master bedroom with attached private bathroom is located on the 2nd floor.

The master bedroom has it's own entrance with a lock and key, as well as a private bathroom. It has a queen sized bed, sitting area with a sofa bed, and a tv.

There is a common area which includes a microwave, coffee maker, and prepackaged snacks (varies: assorted chips/crackers, cookies, granola bars, and chocolate bars).

In addition to your room, feel free to make yourself at home at the common area. Please let me know if you need anything.

Please leave the key on the door upon checking out. There is be a $20 charge of key is lost. Thanks.

20 minute drive to Santana Row & Valley Fair Shopping. 15 minute drive to San Jose International Airport, In n Out Burger, and Downtown San Jose. 5 minute drive to Target, Walgreens, Safeway, CVS, and restaurants.

There is one designated driveway parking spot that is right next to the lawn which is first come/first serve. There is also plenty of street parking, which will never be an issue.
