The Adorable Bungalow is perfect for short & long stays. It is a short drive or bike ride to many attractions & has everything needed to make yourself feel right at home.

* LOCATION *
The house is close to downtown Dunedin, Downtown Clearwater, white sandy beaches, Toronto Blue Jays training TD ballpark, Pinellas trail and many good restaurants, breweries, parks, grocery stores, hospitals, museums, marina, and much more. This makes it the perfect place to rest after a day at the beach or local shops, farmers market, boating, fishing, biking, golfing, live performances, sporting events…

* SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS *
There are 2 bedrooms, both are equipped with black-out curtains, soft & firm pillows, fresh linens, hangers & nightstands with reading lamps. Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed & a smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a full-sized bed. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep in 2 and the Travel crib/ pack n’ play is available on request at no additional cost.

* KITCHEN & DINING *
The kitchen is functional & has everything you need to make delicious meals. Drip Coffee Maker machine, Keurig Machine & blender for your smoothie will help you start the day right. The dining room seats 4.

* OUTDOOR AREA *
You can enjoy the outdoors on the front porch swing bench or the hammock, around the firepit under the large tree. Fire up the grill and enjoy outdoor dining. The backyard is fully fenced, perfect for dogs.

* LIVING AREA *
The living room has a leather sofa that can be converted into an additional double bed. There is also a lazy boy chair, an adjustable coffee table with lifting top perfect to work on your laptop, a Smart TV, board games, books & kids toys to keep the little ones busy when you decide to stay in.

* MISCELLANEOUS *
The house has a carport parking, central Air conditioning / heating, smoke-free indoors, self-checking with keylock & beach gears (towels, mat, cooler, chairs).

Cleaning service is available during long term stay at an additional fee.

2 complimentary bikes are available to use during your stay. Please let us know in advance if you are interested in using them so we have them ready for you.

Please note that the neighbors rooster (natural alarm) and complimentary fresh eggs are no longer available.

Notify us if you are bringing a pet. Pet fees are $100 for 1st pet , $50 for 2nd pet.

The Pinellas trail is 0.4 miles & Edgewater Park is 0.7 miles away. Beaches are 10-15 minutes away. Check the guidebook for things to do.

You get what you pay for

We were looking for something fast, easy and not too expensive. The pictures made the place look better than it actually turned out to be. The house smelled, old, like mildew. The second "room" was in the Laundry area, separated by a curtain. The "room" was dark and smelled like mold. The recreation areas, back yard and front yard could use a little dusting off to encourage its use. I slept in the first bedroom and my friend slept on the couch in the living room. The owner could fix the place up a little to make it more comfortable.

We were right next to the artisan district, and just a short ride to multiple beaches, restaurants and shops! Owners were so nice, very accommodating when we needed an early check in.

Just outside Dunedin

This quaint bungalow is about a mile+ from downtown Dunedin. We came to experience Dunedin and this little place made it easy to venture in and out of Dunedin and Safety Harbor. It’s just past 15 minutes to Safety Harbor. It is located on a main road, Douglas Avenue, so you do hear cars passing by. There is a rooster, but the sounds actually didn’t bother us. The neighborhood is not impressive, but the location fit the bill. The owner gets 5 stars because she was very accommodating and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were happy.

Clearwater October 2022

We had a wonderful experience at this property! Martine was very responsive and accommodating. She was a delight to work with. The house was very clean with plenty of towels and fresh linen. The only thing that was not so great were the roosters next door. When Martine reached out and asked how everything was going I let her know about this. She apologized and informed there were earplugs on the nightstands in the bedrooms. Sure enough, there they were! She was prepared for everything. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Lovely cottage

This cottage was cute and clean and close to all of the beaches and downtown. We didn’t spend much time in the house because we were mostly out on the beach, but the beds were really comfy! The rooster next door always made sure we were up for sunrise, which was great for us, but maybe not so great if you like to sleep in.

Quaint little place

It was everything we wanted and more! What a cute place in a perfect location. Huge yard for the kids to play in. Nice shady yard to chill in. Comfortable and homey. Definitely a favorite. We'll be returning for sure!

Not a "vacation"

NOTE: We arrived at 9:30pm the first night of check in. We left the property at 9am the following morning, and came back to get our things to move out by 11:30am. We refused to stay, and the host offered us a full refund if we left within 2 hours on the first morning. PROS: *Location to beach, downtown Clearwater and downtown Dunedin is excellent. ^ Close to stores, and amenities * Parking under a carport * Coded door lock * Windows are painted over and would never open, so in essence, it's a security feature. No one would ever get in the window. * Lovely backyard area with seating * Washer and dryer available * Cable TV * The host was incredibly responsive and professional. She made the best out of an unpleasant situation, and for that, I appreciate her. CONS: * I happen to be a person who suffers with migraines. The overpowering, pungent smell of Glade plug in covering another pungent smell was almost immediate headache. * The photos give the impression that there are two bedrooms. The reality, as evidenced by other reviews, is that there is one legitimate bedroom with a door, and another bed that was put in what is essentially a laundry room, and curtains are hung for privacy. There is no door in the second "bedroom". * The windows are painted shut, so if you are trying to vent the bathroom (there is no bathroom ventilation) or vent the smell of the glade plug in, there is no way to open the windows. * We found the property to be unclean to the point of not being able to comfortably stay in it. The house is old, but that was not the problem. I have an old house. I dealt directly with the host on the specific issues of lack of cleanliness, and she responded immediately. I was not happy about having to spend time away from my family that I was there to visit furiously looking for another place to stay because this property was unfit, but I was grateful to this host for being so responsive and fair in her handling of our issue. My overall assessment is that the host is wonderful, but the property is not one that I would rent again.

Weekend Get Away

Property was clean and conveniently located to activities in Dunedin, Clear Water, and Tampa. Outside spaces were great. Plenty of towels was a plus. On the downside the living room really only had seats for 3 adults, needed 1 more chair. Both bedrooms didn't have any dressers or tables to put stuff on. You have to look very carefully for address in daylight and very hard to find at night.

It’s ok

It is not actually a 2 bedroom property, it has only one full bedroom. First bedroom was fine, clean bed sheets, lots of towels and a couple of extra blankets. Second bedroom looks like it was a laundry-storage room where they just put a bed in a corner and separated is with the curtains; there’s no space for a suitcase, no closet. Unfortunately, pictures are misleading. This bedroom doesn’t have any room doors, no privacy and it’s right next to the door that leads to the backyard. When we told the owner that we didn’t like that, they were nice and offered us a full refund if we leave the property in the next 2 hours, but it was impossible to find anything else available, so we decided to stay. The owner is a very nice person, they let us check in at 12pm, even though check it time is 5pm. Great location, very close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Everything was clean, huge backyard with a fence for privacy, there’s a table and 5 chairs outside, they also have a grill. There was a nice snack basket and a complimentary bottle of wine too. We also saw some beach chairs in a property, so I guess if you need - you can use them. Water pressure in a shower is good, no problems at all. The house and most of the things inside are old (they have a new TV, but we didn’t use it), almost all windows do not open, they painted over the locks. You cannot open a window in a bathroom and there’s no fan installed, not a very good thing either. There’s enough parking for 2 cars and a shade over it, which is great because it may be very hot in Florida. Overall, if not the problem with the absence of doors in the second “bedroom”, it’s a 4/5 property to stay for a short period of time.

This was just as listed and pictured. We knew it was a close enough drive to the beach, it is very centrally located! We did read the other reviews of the early morning rooster, so we packed our sound machines and it worked like a charm :) Easy access in and out of house. She provided us with extra items for a day at the beach, which was very helpful. Martine was a great host. Thank you

Not all bad

I was a little disappointed that the owner would not let me check in early. The home was clearly empty and no cleaning was going on. I arrived 5 hours early and asked if it was possible to check in around 3:00. I did not get the entry code until 5:05. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

Beaches, Chickens, and Cars oh my!

This property was nicely located for play time at the beach. We were woken up by the rooster next door every morning and the traffic noise surprised us as I did not notice on the pictures that the house is on a four lane road. On the inside, I hope they upgrade the beds as we had trouble finding comfortable sleeping positions. There was also not a lot of off the floor places to set suitcases etc. This could be typical for VRBO’s but most hotels have a fold up stand for this. Overall the stay was safe, clean, and usable so I am fairly satisfied.
