We stayed here for 3 nights, it was great.we saw a mom and two babies manatees off the deck in back of the property. I'd stay here again.

Heated Pool for the Win!

We had a great time at Sunrise Resort. Not only is it just steps to the beach but everything you need (grocery store, convenience stores, restaurants) is only a 10 min walk or a 2 min drive away. And the best part about the property is the heated pool and hot tub. Our kids never wanted to leave the pool. Will definitely consider staying again!

Great condo

Location is convenient to beach, restaurants, grocery store. Very walkable to all. Manatees at your fingertips in waters right behind playing everyday! Management does a terrific job keeping grounds clean and manicured. Pool and jacuzzi are great place to unwind after you full day of exploring or not. Condo had everything we needed with a great balcony looking over inland water.

Awesome!

After a snafu with our original reservation, we chose this condo as a last minute replacement. Oh are we glad we did! The location itself is fantastic! Right on the main road, walkable to just about everything you need, including the beach! There is a waterway right behind the condo, visible from the balcony, that has seating set up so you can sit and watch the water…. Why? There are mullet fish jumping around, pelicans and other birds flying around, hear the dogs barking? The dolphins must be coming in to play! We also saw a family of manatees swimming and feeding! What a treat! The condo itself is lovely and well stocked. The bed was quite comfortable and we loved eating on the balcony and enjoying the view. The hot tub and pool are the perfect way to end your beach day and relax after sightseeing and shopping. We had no issues at all with the accommodations and communication with the host was easy. The staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. We will definitely stay here again, and found several of the other guests who were already returning, some for many years. Thank you NextHome for a fabulous stay!

Every condo we rented was always well cared for and well stocked for a relaxing vacation. They even accommodated our request for multiple condos together for family for college graduation. We had a great time hanging out at the pool, morning and evening walks on the beach, watching the manatees, playing shuffleboard, tennis, cornhole and cards. The staff is exceptionally helpful and the place is secure. Honestly, this is a great place to stay!

Our condo was very comfortable with lots of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and gorgeous views of the pool and the bay. The Gulf is just across the road for easy beach access. Lots of restaurants and shops are within walking distance, too. We plan to come back next year.

Initial problems with TVs was for the most part rectified. Unit comfortable and appliances worked and was adequately stocked. We got our first vaccine in Kentucky prior to leaving and that is main reason we came. We did not alter our resevation initially as we hoped to get the 2nd shot in Florida but was not successful. We notified office about 2/17 that we would be leaving on 2/27 rather than 3/4 as we were able schedule a our 2nd shots in KY on 3/2. We are long term returning client to Sunrise and was hopeful to get some financial relief as we left 5 nights earlier than planned. I was dissapponted that the request was denied even though we booked the same unit for 34 days in 2022. We are the type of clients that you want to return every year. We are very disappointed that our loyalty was not recognized by this management team. I am hopeful you will reconsider.
