Very nice condo in the Luau. Clean and well furnished. Beautiful Luau pool and good parking. Only negative- Second floor so view of the ocean was limited but visible from one side of the patio. The windows in several rooms overlook the Hilton parking lot.

Perfect spot

Great condo close to the beach. Everything inside is updated, clean, and functional. You can easily walk to the beach, and inside is more than comfortable enough to take a break from the beach and chill inside!

Great place

This is such a great place! Super clean, loved the large balcony and the short walk to the beach. Recently updated. We will definitely be back. Also loved the pool, hot tub and restaurant you can walk to!!

Great Spot!

The room was great! The balcony was very enjoyable. We had coffee in the morning and dinner at night while we enjoyed the sunset and cool ocean breezes. Beach and pool were also fun.

Just What We Needed

Property and location was perfect. Check in process was a breeze. This property had the absolute best balcony we’ve ever had when staying at a resort or condo. It has everything you could need and met our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

I normally don’t write reviews unless I’ve personally experienced something worth sharing. Overall, I had a reasonably good trip and stay at this rental. There were a few issues with cleanliness—several dishes, including knives, were not clean in the drawer, and the rim of the toilet bowl was black. However, those issues are not the reason I’m writing this review.After we left, I was contacted by the rental agency and told that I had caused a linear rip along the side of a swivel chair. I did not cause this damage. Had I done so, I would absolutely have taken responsibility for it.I asked to speak directly with the owner, but was told the owner did not want to speak with me. I communicated with My Vacation Haven throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but it ultimately took about a month and involvement from insurance before the charge was resolved and I received my refund for damage I did not cause.My advice to anyone staying at a rental property is to take pictures and videos of everything when you arrive, even if everything appears to be in good condition. You never know what may later be attributed to you.Because of the way this situation was handled, I would not recommend staying at this property.

Nice property and location.

This condo is nice, and was very clean. It had everything we looked for in a place to stay. We also enjoyed the balcony quite a bit. There was plenty of parking available in the parking garage during our stay. The pool is nice and clean, and we did spend some time there everyday during our stay. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to everyone. It is a short walk to the beach access point and the beach was busy during our stay.
