Good, standard room. Close to the parks, good air con and fridge. Friendly staff. Logistical errors such as the keys stopped working twice, shuttles only came 2 times a day so spent a lot of time ubering as more continent. Bed sheets weren’t changed while we were there.

not bad at all!!! this place was super close to all the parks and was very easy to access. my only complaint would be that our room/entire floor smelled like mildew. even the sheets did a bit. but other than that it was very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay very much! would return!!!

We did not use the pool although we did look at it, very nice and large area. The property and the room were extremely clean, nice quiet property. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Amazing place! Great location, excellent cleanliness, and outstanding communication with the staff. It's very close to shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. I was traveling for work and received a very warm welcome. Highly recommended!

The place was very clean very friendly. Everyone was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and for the first time ever the pictures actually match the hotel. Usually you see pictures and you wonder where is the hotel that they have in the pictures the service was awesome. I did not expect that from a holiday in. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were bugs and roaches in the room, hair on the bed and all over the bathroom floor. There was duct tape holding pieces of boards/drywall. The hotel lobby has air conditioning but not in the rest of the hotel with the exception of wall units in each room. There were leaks in random places throughout the hotel so random buckets were placed throughout. Not to mention each floor had sections taped off that had mold and leak repairs that were possibly in work. The “seal” to those areas were broken so it was exposed. There was mold on the ceiling of the lobby and dining area. Housekeeping didn’t come once while we were there. Conveniently they showed up the morning we were checking out. This hotel smelled extremely bad! I would’ve checked out immediately however it was non refundable. I will never stay at this hotel EVER again!! If I could’ve given it zero stars I would’ve!

The pool next to the south tower is in pretty bad shape. Broken tile. Lots of leaves in the pool. Leaves clogged the skimmer intakes. The tiles are stained and cracked. Raw globs of concrete show on the pool's edge. The main pool is in fairly good shape.The price via vrbo was twice as much as booking with the resort. The resort had prices of 38. The nice check in person gave us two free drinks. The room had no pen or notepad.

It was pretty nice for the price. Staff was amazing though, very sweet and helpful. Everyone was super friendly. My only real complaints are the listing made it seem closer on the VRBO app to central Disney than it necessarily was. Yes it was still close but on the app map it looked like it was near Art of Animation when I booked it. Was well familiar with the area it was in so not such a big deal for me just might be for others booking.

Checkin was easy, however, after traveling for 10 hrs by car, we did not appreciate waiting for an elevator with so many teens. One of three elevators was out of order and coincidentally it so happen to have been a week that hundreds of young dancers and their moms were there for a dance competition. We were reassigned to a room, at our request, that was not near the staircase since our little Maltese would have stayed barking. However, I had to call the front desk for more towels because 3 towels for 2 adults was insufficient for a 3-night stay. We also needed a coffee pot exchange since the first coffee pot was not working properly. On one occasion only one elevator was working and we had to wait at least 20 minutes before going up to our room. Had we taken the stairs, we might have not been able to exit our floor. The fact that it was pet friendly was a plus. I have been a host before and knew to leave the room clean and all garbage tied up in a bag. Unfortunately, we had no desire to dip in the pool since there were too many kids occupying the pool which was rather small compared to how it appears to look in the listing. Another plus though was that I was able to use the fitness center.Unfortunately, we weren't able to take advantage of the shuttle ride since it only goes to the theme parks and our destination was to a wedding at the Grand Floridian which is in Disney, so we took an Uber for under 12 each way.Overall, budget wise, this place is ideal for family.
