Tenants upstairs were incredibly loud, moving around throughout the entire night. Woke our toddler up a few times.The surrounding area was very nice. A few playgrounds are walkable. Other than the upstairs tenants the place was great for what we needed.

Location was pretty good. The train stop was a few minutes walk across some pretty busy streets. We could have used the bus station. There was a target and grocery store very close and convenient for all our needs. The neighbors were quite loud but we do not live in an apartment so maybe that is how things go. The apartment was very cute and clean when we first arrived but we found mold in the shower, shower curtain, and ice dispenser. Water temperature was VERY HOT. Luckily our children are not babies but it could have been a dangerous situation. Washer and dryer were great after we learned how to use them. It was not as intuitive as it seemed just looking at the machine but it washed well. Bedrooms had plenty of storage for our clothes. The beds are worn out.

No complaints at all! The location was great for our trip and had everything we needed but didn't want to pack. Henryk was incredibly flexible and allowed us to drop off our bags a few hours before check-in (so we didn't have to lug them around the city) as well as leave them for a few hours after check out (again so we didn't have to lug them around, since we couldn't drop them off at the airport as early as we wanted). 10/10 would recommend!

Good transport links, kind host! Easy check in and check out. The only comment I have is not a detractor from the property, just be aware when getting the bus home to not be walking/ changing line through mass and cass at night! (This is totally avoidable with uber or subway etc)

Nice space good location

We stayed for 5 nights, the accommodation was a lovely size with nice outside area.It had all the essentials you need which was great.It is 10mins walk to the T Red line and 5 mins walk to shopping mall.Communication was quick and really helpful, just the little things to make our stay comfortable.Thank you for hosting us.

Very convenient

We really enjoyed the house. It was conveniently located to coffee shops, taverns and eateries. In addition we walked to the beach(but no bathrooms available there). We took an uber into town for Red Sox game and to the freedom trail. We were close enough the public transit, but it was easier for our group to use Uber. The host was fantastic to communicate with quick responses.I highly recommend.Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Family weekend

The house was conveniently located to downtown Boston. We took Ubers / Lyfts to get there - a quick drive. And they cost roughly the same as all 5 of us taking the T. Grocery store within walking distance enabled us to grab a few things for the house.

Great stay in Boston

My family and I had a great stay here. 3 kids and 2 adults with plenty of space to spread out. Walking distance to grocery and coffee. The T station was only a 10 minute walk through a nice neighborhood. We explored Boston for a week and never had to worry about driving. The included off street parking was a huge relief for someone coming from out of area. Manager was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend!

First time in Boston

This was our first time visiting Boston and this rental was an excellent choice for my group. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms are spacious clean and comfortable. In-unit washer & dryer is so helpful to have especially if you have kids in your group (iykyk). The walk to Andrew T was fairly quick only about 8-10 minutes & mostly residential along the way. Multiple restaurants, stores & gas stations near by in walking distance as well.

Great Spot!

We had a great stay at this location. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and loved having the full space of an apartment to spread out. My kids loved that they each got their own bedroom. It was a short drive to downtown Boston, where we spent most of our time, which was super convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great Graduation Weekend Stay

Six of us stayed to attend son's BU graduation! It was perfect for us to Uber to Fenway and BU. It was quiet and driveway parking was a plus! Thank you for the perfect place to stay!

Great location

We had plenty of space and everything we needed. The parking spot and easy access to the T were huge bonuses. The only downfall was the people upstairs stomping around until well after midnight and again by 6am. Also the internet was spotty at best but we really didn’t need it much anyway. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and could get to the city very quickly with our lots of space for all of us.

Great place to stay!

We came down for a fun filled weekend. We spent very little time at the apartment. It is a little walk from bus station 8mins or subway 10-15mins but close to shopping and Starbucks! What would make this apartment the absolute bomb would be two bathrooms! It is a perfect place to stay, quiet neighborhood!! Host was very responsive!

One flight up and nice

Stayed for a week. Outside was cold. Inside was warm and cozy. Plenty of room. Neighborhood:Once we got accustomed to the neighborhood and driving in Boston area we realized there was restaurants and grocery a short drive away. It was a good location to use to got into Boston or out to concord. The neighborhood is narrow one way streets. Just take your time. All the neighbors were nice.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

One of the nicest streets in the area, friendly neighbors, 15 min walk to T station and 5 min or less to the bus stops. Driveway has easy access and has room for 3 large vehicles. Spacious rooms except for 1/2 bedroom which is smaller. Well managed property.
