Il a plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine mise à jour, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. il y a un surdimensionné projeté en lani, avec une grande terrasse avec grill et quai. il dispose de 2 places de parking et accepte les animaux. Condo comprend un accès Internet WiFi et plusieurs T. V. Was very comfortable with great views as well as location!

Great views from the dock in the back, location was wonderful being around many restaurants and close to the beach.

Great and Enjoyable Stay

My family and I loved our stay here. The location was fabulous. Very easy and short walk to the beach and great restaurants. Pat was absolutely great to work with. The view on the patio/deck area was beautiful, right on the water. The place was roomy and the kitchen was large and stocked great. We will decfinitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Stayed for a long weekend and it was PERFECT! Great location close enough to everything you need...including the beach! Patio was fantastic in the evening to wind down and again in the morning to wind up. House was clean and comfortable. We'll be back!

Wonderful Stay

Loved staying at this property. Clean, comfortable, roomy and peaceful. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. Views from the patio were awesome. Pat and Gina were so welcoming and SO nice. They gave us our privacy but were there if anything was needed. Will be back as soon as we can!

Beautiful place to stay

I have stayed at a few places in the area, and this is by far my favorite. The view of the water is beautiful, from the porch and master bedroom. There was only 2 of us but you could easily fit a family with kids. We do a lot of cooking and everything we could need was there. I honestly don't have a negative thing to say. We absolutely loved our stay and thank the hosts for being so kind and helpful!

Great location. Able to walk to beach and restaurants. Beach was great for walking due to hard packed sand. At least 4 restaurants within walking distance had excellent food choices and quality. Bathrooms in condo were outstanding with new fixtures and decor. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and essentials plus new appliances. Screened lanai and outdoor patio had new and plentiful furniture and were situated to receive generous sunlight.

Outstanding stay

Things could not have gone better and more smoothly for my son and I . The owner was great to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was even better than expected. Spacious. Well equipped. Great patio on the intercoastal. I am already trying to convince a friend to come with me next year.

Great location.

Location is excellent. Close to the beach and local restaurants. There was a distinct pet odor in the house. This is somewhat expected in a pet friendly place but it was a negative and hadn’t been cleaned properly. We used pet fresh on all the rugs and vacuumed ourselves to get rid of the smell. There were too many owner belongings in the closets and laundry area. There was a mounted deer head in one of the closets and maintenance equipment, drop chords, power saws etc. The outside area facing the waterway was excellent, including the covered screened porch. With some TLC and declutter if the place would be excellent.

Great location. Spacious 2 bedroom all on one floor. Peaceful view onto the canal.

Such calm water. Wish there'd been a ladder off the dock to get in/out of kayak. The lighted patio was delightful. Happy with generous layout of the condo. Great for long-term rental. Lots closets and 2 big TVs. Need to upgrade dishes, table linens and beach towels. (Or tell guests to BYOTs. Clean off the porch and add a ping-pong table?) Gotta have some new beach chairs. V pleased with beach access and easy parking if dropping off. Being able to walk to all types of eating establishments (including ice cream!) was a real bonus!

Gracious Hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to IRB! The unit was clean and exactly as described. Mr. Pat and his wife were gracious hosts. Mr. Pat helped us get our boat launched soon after arriving. He also helped with some issues we had with the boat trailer. It was nice to walk out the back door, get on the boat, and spend time on the water! The unit is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to several restaurants and a public beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, great property!

Patrick was an awesome host with regular communications, the property location is awesome walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. Great neighborhood. The condo was very clean, had everything needed, it was a wonderful stay.

Spring break success

Great location. Our family enjoyed the beach as well as trips to St. Pete and Tampa. The outside sitting area on the canal in the back was where we spent a lot of our time…. All of our meals were eaten there. The duplex had everything we needed. This was another good Vrbo experience for our family.
