Thank you for choosing Blue Vacation Rentals Aruba! We’re very glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo and had a great overall stay. At the same time, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the door sticking and understand how that could be inconvenient. This will be reviewed with our maintenance team to ensure it is properly addressed. We also apologize for any confusion regarding the sofa sleeper and beach chairs. We understand how important it is for listing details to be clear and accurate, and we will review our website information to avoid any misunderstandings for future guests. Regarding beach access, while the beach itself is easily accessible, chairs and umbrellas are typically available for rent directly on the beach, and we regret if this was not clearly communicated prior to your arrival. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future.
