Chalet de montagne sur Bryce Golf Course & Ski Resort

Escapade récemment rénovée de 3 étages dans une maison de montagne située sur le 18e trou du terrain de golf PGA Championship Bryce Golf Course, à 5 minutes à pied de la station de ski de Bryce. La maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec une lumière naturelle abondante dans la grande salle qui dispose de baies vitrées offrant de belles vues sur les montagnes et le parcours de golf. Il y a 4 chambres pour 12 personnes. De nouveaux meubles, lits et décoration ont été choisis pour offrir à nos clients une atmosphère rustique confortable.
Notre maison vous offre un emplacement unique qui offre la beauté naturelle des montagnes tout en offrant un accès facile au golf, au ski et à d'autres activités de plein air à Bryce Resort.

L'agencement de la maison est idéal pour se divertir avec une grande grande salle avec un bar complet, une télévision compatible wifi, Alexa pour la musique, un billard et une grande cheminée avec un coin salon confortable.

Le premier étage dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes avec une grande pièce avec une cheminée, un canapé confortable et une télévision compatible wifi. C'est un endroit idéal pour offrir à vos enfants leur propre espace.

La cuisine récemment rénovée a un espace de travail bien éclairé avec vue sur le golf et un grand espace de comptoir pour cuisiner pour tous vos invités. La cuisine comprend une cuisinière électrique et un four, un four micro-ondes, une cafetière, un grille-pain et tous les ustensiles, vaisselle, casseroles et poêles nécessaires.

La salle à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes confortablement, offrant un endroit idéal pour profiter de vos repas. La salle à manger est meublée d'une nouvelle table à manger rustique en bois foncé, de confortables chaises en similicuir et d'un buffet qui contient les assiettes et les plats à utiliser pendant votre séjour.

La chambre principale est un loft supérieur privé avec une salle de bain complète et un grand dressing. Il y a un lit à baldaquin king size avec un nouveau matelas par Nectar. Il y a aussi une banquette-lit double avec un lit gigogne. La salle de bain complète dispose d'une douche et d'une baignoire avec jets jacuzzi. Il y a une petite terrasse qui s'ouvre vers l'avant.

Deux des chambres du rez-de-chaussée sont meublées avec des lits queen-size avec de nouveaux matelas Allswell, un grand placard et des chargeurs de téléphone.

La troisième chambre en bas est meublée de deux lits superposés avec de nouveaux matelas jumeaux.

Chaque chambre en bas dispose d'un chauffage individuel.

Il y a deux grandes salles de bains en bas avec douche et baignoires. Une salle de bain offre un espace pour se maquiller.

Nous vous fournirons toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin, y compris des serviettes et des draps de qualité hôtelière.

Tous les ustensiles de cuisine pour cuisiner pratiquement tous les repas ainsi que l'eau en bouteille, l'huile d'olive, le café et le thé.

Toutes les salles de bains auront un sèche-cheveux, des tapis de bain, des serviettes, du papier toilette, du shampoing, du gel douche et du savon pour les mains.

Il y a une buanderie avec une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse et un détergent pour faire la lessive.

Il y a une salle de boue en bas avec des supports pour votre matériel de ski et d'embarquement ou pour accrocher vos sacs de golf.

La maison est compatible wifi avec un réseau maillé haute vitesse pour alimenter tous vos appareils et fournir une connexion solide pour regarder les deux téléviseurs compatibles wifi. Vous devrez vous connecter à vos comptes Netflix, Amazon ou autres pour utiliser les téléviseurs.

Le bois de chauffage ne sera pas fourni et doit être acheté avant votre séjour. Il y a un magasin général à proximité qui vend du bois de chauffage ou vous pouvez vous arrêter à Lowes ou Walmart à Woodstock sur votre route vers Basye.

Nous sommes à la montagne, la nature fait donc partie de l'expérience. Nous avons des coccinelles qui aiment les grandes fenêtres, donc si vous avez une phobie coccinelle, ce n'est probablement pas l'endroit pour vous. Nous avons un service de lutte antiparasitaire pour gérer le problème, mais il peut y en avoir autour. Ils restent sur les fenêtres donc ils ne sont pas vraiment gênants.

Large Family Ski Trip

We rented this house for a large family ski trip. It was perfect for our trip. We lost power the first day due to a storm so the pool table and fireplace were very nice. There were so many amenities it was hard to enjoy them all. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing large spaces to enjoy.

Perfect stay!

I cannot say enough about the owners and the house itself! Communication with the owners was so easy and they checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed!! The house and furnishings were exactly as pictured, everything was clean and immaculate!! The beds were comfortable and the layout of the house is very conducive to gathering!! We had great family time and the kids even put their phones down! We highly recommend this property and the owners!!

Well Equipped, Clean Mountain Retreat

From the get-go communications with the property owner were almost real time and clear. He was extremely responsive. Everyone in our group remarked that this was the best stocked rental that any of us had ever stayed in. We loved and enjoyed the nicely seasoned wood for the fireplace. We had ample space to spread out. It was fun being right at holes 17/18 and watching the golfers. Some in the group played golf and remarked that it was a very nice course. We enjoyed dinner one night at the Copper Kettle Restaurant at Bryce Resort. It was about an 8-minute walk from the house. We also visited several local wineries with Muse being the hands-down favorite. Harrisonburg is about an hours drive away and they had some fun antique/Amish stores. Don’t forget to tour the Route 11 potato chip factory and sample the chips. That’s about 22 minutes away. There is a yummy biscuit/lunch place very near by beside the Community (convenience) store. Since it was not yet ski season, we watched bikers take the chairlift up the mountain and ride down. Anyway, it was our first time in Basye, VA at Bryce Mountain. We hope to get back next year! But, you will not be disappointed in this rental. The beds were very comfortable and they had nice linens and bath towels. And nice Kleenex, not the sandpaper variety found in many rentals these days. Highly recommend! Rental was 100% as advertised.

Beautiful home, relaxing location

The home is beautiful and was very comfortable. We had a lot of fun playing pool, foosball, and corn hole. The owners were very responsive and communicated nicely. We look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful house, modern yet rustic

Perfect place for several families to enjoy the slopes. We had 3 families and plenty of space. Love the 3 full baths and separate lounge areas for the adults and kids. The pool table and fooseball were great. The fireplace was perfect to warm us up after a long day of skiing. The only issue was the parking was a little steep for our airstream sprinter. We ended up parking on the street in front of the house, on a parking pad. Not ideal … but manageable.

Fantastic Property + Location

This is a fantastic house. The property is located a short walk or drive away from the slopes at Bryce Resort. The host ensures that guests have a memorable stay. After booking, we received a guidebook to the house and area, which was detailed and very practical. The host reached out after booking and the week of our arrival to see if we had any questions prior to our visit. He also stayed in touch during the stay to make sure everything was ok. The house was immaculate and had lots to offer (games, popcorn machine, lots of wood for fires, etc.). Everyone appreciated the little touches around the house, such as the pods for the Keurig machine, bathroom toiletries, popcorn (and popcorn cups)! We will highly recommend the property and hope to stay there again soon.

Perfect home for our vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely home! The kitchen had all that we needed and more. The dining room was really nice and we loved the light fixture. The family room area was cozy and comfortable (it also had a gorgeous light fixture) and the family enjoyed the pool table very much. It was wonderful to have a fireplace to light on a cool evening - so enjoyable! The view from the balcony was so nice - my grandsons loved to race to the balcony to look at the occasional golf cart go by. The view of the stars from the balcony was amazing - my son-in-law brought his telescope and we were able to see so much more there than at our own homes. The mattresses were all super comfortable. The master bedroom is huge and I loved that there was a balcony off of it - we enjoyed having the screen door opened to breathe in the fresh mountain air. The bottom floor's family room was very nice and the younger adults and kids enjoyed it very much, as well as the two full baths down there and the comfy bedrooms. There were 5 adults and 3 children (and one dog!) in our group and we were all very happy and comfortable in this home! A few notable mentions of things to do nearby: the Bryce Resort chairlift is literally 2 minutes from the house and this was a super big hit, only $8 a person (4-year old was free) and the views from the top of the mountain were truly lovely. Showalter's Orchard is a must if you love apples. Their apple cider donuts were amazing and the kids LOVED picking their own apples. Cave Ridge Winery was excellent. It had a lovely area to sit around a fire and the wine flights were so good. Swover Creek Brewery was also fun - the kids could run and play and the beer and pizza were delicious. Bartolo's Mexican Grill delivers to the house and this was a godsend on our first night when we were too tired to go out - the food was excellent! Many thanks to Jonathan who answered a few dozen questions that I had before the trip! He was always prompt and kind answering my many questions! Overall, we had a wonderful trip and the memories made on this vacation will last a lifetime!

Just what we needed

We were looking for a quiet stay in the mountains and a nice change of scenery from working at home and somewhere we could take our pups - this rustic chic chalet checked those boxes. Although it was more than we needed (couple and our two dogs), it felt just right as we spent all our time on the main floor and master bedroom loft (which was huge). Loved the wood burning fireplace, the king mattress was very comfortable, and the kitchen had all we needed. The built in bar in the kitchen area was perfect for us to enjoy breakfast each morning with a view of the golf course. Pleasantly surprised to find a tower fan in the master that provided ambient sleeping noise as I left mine at home! Very responsive hosts and the local guide they’ve created is super helpful. The area is quite remote so expect to cook the majority of your time here as restaurant options are super limited (esp during the week) with no local coffee or bakery shop nearby (plenty of caffeine options at the house though!). Most food options are 20-30 minutes. This didn’t affect our stay of course, but just something to keep in mind. We tried El Ranchero for lunch once which was good and about 25 minutes away and had lunch at Woodstock Cafe on our way home (30 min). Pups are allowed here. Thanks for the recommendation, Jonathan! Definitely check out Lake Laura and Spring Mountain Trail close by. Enjoyed the cider at Showalter’s and the view. Pups are welcome there as well (even inside the tasting room)! So appreciated having our dogs with us - thank you for allowing them. Also appreciated the no shoes rule in the house as we abide by the same at home.

Great house and host!

The house was perfect for our family getaway. The location is great as it is very close to Bryce resort and Lake Laura. There was plenty of space for our family which included three young children. The house had everything we needed and Jonathan was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We look forward to staying again!

Location, location, location

House location is spectacularly located in between the 17th green and the 18th tee box of the Bryce Resort golf course. Walking distance to the resort lodge with dining and other amenities. Jonathan is an extremely attentive host, the house was very comfortably stocked and immaculately clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We skied, sled, and snow-tubed our hearts out in a winter wonderland...then we got to return to this fabulous, well-appointed, clean, chic, fun and picturesque house. Owner is incredibly helpful and responsive, we will definitely be returning - the entire family had a blast!!

Our family booked this trip last min and had a easy time communicating with the owners through the entire process. They were accommodating in every way possible. The home has a rustic cabin feel while being clean and updated. The center of the resort and activities are within walking distance to the home. We stayed in the winter but did notice a beautiful stream cutting along the golf course within view from the front porch. A small country store is within a few minutes. The town has a beautiful country setting to disconnect from the busy city life. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed playing pool. We’re looking forward to warm weather to book another stay and enjoy the alternate activities..

We have lived in the Virginia area since 2010 & enjoy traveling. We also enjoy working on houses. We love the Bryce area because it offers a sense of solitude while still being near civilization.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We put a lot of thought in fixing up the house to give it some personality while also making sure it is really functional. We believe we have a very beautiful home that will make you feel good when you look around, and you will have all the amenities you would find in a hotel. We also love the views and the fact you can walk to the ski resort. There are some great walks around the area too. The property is right on the golf course with a view of the 17th green and the 18 hole tee box. It's a really cool spot to be.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We are one of the closest houses to Bryce Ski Resort. The home also has a unique view of the golf course. We tried to think about every detail that we enjoy when traveling so we have stocked our home with high quality linens, high end mattresses, and a fully stocked kitchen. You just need to show up with supplies and the rest is taken care of. The layout is ideal for large groups and entertaining - Our home features a large great room with a seating area with two couches, a large bar and a pool table. We are a dog friendly home, however we have to charge an extra $50 cleaning fee if you decide to bring your pup(s).
