Réveillez-vous avec la vue spectaculaire et dégagée du lever du soleil sur St. Joe Bay depuis votre balcon privé. Profitez des commodités communautaires; à la fois une piscine côté plage et côté baie, un bain à remous, des courts de tennis, un centre de fitness, 2 jetées communautaires sur la baie et un accès à la plage communautaire. Cette maison a tout! Animaux acceptés.

Bay Tripper est un 2600 m². ft. maison actuellement en construction mais sera prête pour vos vacances à la plage le week-end du Memorial Day. 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains pour 10 personnes. Il se trouve à environ 1300 minutes à pied de la plage et d'un accès facile à la piste de marche / vélo de 8 miles de Logger Head juste devant la porte.

Cette maison a un plan d'étage inversé avec l'espace de vie principal au dernier étage (avec un plafond de 13 pieds) qui profite de la vue. Il y a une grande terrasse autour du niveau de vie et du niveau de la chambre avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, offrant plus de 1000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie extérieur.

House is fantastic! Kitchen is fully stocked. Loved the separate ice maker. Even extended our stay because we were so comfortable. We will be back!

First Time on Bay Side

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been traveling to CSB for several years now and this was our first trip staying on the bay side. We absolutely loved everything about our 2 week stay at Bay Tripper. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. We were able to enjoy the amazing view, short walk to the bay and beach and the had fun at the pickleball court. The house has everything anyone could need or want. Great location, nicely stocked kitchen (appliances, pots/pans, spices) and other household items (shampoo/conditioner, bath soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap), plenty of seating inside and on the porch, board games and outdoor games and beach gear in the garage. We rented a golf cart to get my mother in law to and from the beach easily and we all had a lot of fun driving it to the beach. Donna was amazing to work with. She was easily reachable, answering all questions, which made everything easy when arriving. And although we had no issues, I felt I was in good hands if there were any.

The owners have thought of everything that is needed to make it feel like home. We all love the kitchen because it is fully stocked with everything that you need and all very nice. They did not shop at Homegoods to furnish their house. It was done right.

Memories at CSB

Baytripper is a beautiful home in a very well maintained and quiet neighborhood. The house is in a great location on the North end between the beach and the bay. The house is very well appointed and was spotless on our arrival. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the bay. We plan to return as soon as we can!

Wonderful House!

We fully enjoyed our stay at BayTripper! The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was the perfect size for two adults and four teenagers. The king mattress on the upper level was a bit hard for my liking but my husband liked it. The teenagers each reported comfortable mattresses in the rest of the house. We loved having the bayside amenities and the kayak and fully enjoyed the outdoor deck space.

Coming back next year

We loved our stay. The house is a great set up for the 2 couples and a single that stayed. Even had room for a couple of sort term guests. We rent a lot from VRBO, and I have never seen a better stocked kitchen in any of our previous rentals. Lots of good quality pots and pans, dishes, glasses and every kitchen tool you need. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms great, nice living room setup and the location is excellent. We’ve already booked it for next year.

We love Cape San Blas, and this was our first time staying in the Ovation complex. We won't stay anywhere else anymore! The house is so beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and well-stocked. It has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. The beach is a quick, easy walk and we loved being close to the bayside pool and piers. It was such an added bonus to have a kayak and paddle board available as well. We absolutely loved it and will be back for sure!

Perfect Relaxing Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and neighborhood are perfect. The swimming pools and views were amazing. Being fall break I expected it to be crowded but the entire week we only saw 2 people at the pools. The house is over the top loaded with anything you need, including a kayak, paddle board, beach chairs and towels. Pay the extra to rent a golf cart. It made the trip much better and you can drive on the beach and find the perfect spot. If you want a relaxing, comfortable vacation, book here.

Can't beat Ovation at Cape San Blas

This was our 5th time to the Cape. We love it there and would never stay in any community besides Ovation. The infinity pool on the bay side is like being at a resort. All of the amenities are top notch. We really enjoyed this particular house. It is very well appointed and had everything we needed. We also rented a cart, bikes, chairs and an umbrella with the included rental credit. That worked out extremely well. Would stay here again for sure!

Big 4 bedroom house in amazing location.

This house for our group of 9 served us well. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and spread out with the porches and seating. Beautiful views and the house very nicely furnished. Loved the extra beach towels, paddle board, and beach chairs. Those came in handy. We love the bayside of Ovation for our boat and the beautiful pool. Not too far from beach either especially with the golf carts we rented. There is construction going on directly in front of house which wasn’t mentioned but it didn’t mess up our stay. Whoever gets downstairs master bedroom needs to know sun comes up in those windows so very bright very early. If you like to sleep in choose any of the other bedrooms. Overall we had a great week at this house and neighborhood. Definitely recommend it!

Another great stay at the cape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the cape, love ovation, and have wanted to stay at this home since it was built. The home is beautiful and unique, and lived up to my expectations. Only noteworthy issues were that the A/C and the refrigerator both went out on different days on our stay. I thought that was odd for such a new home to have both issues in the same week. Be our guest (management) was very good about sending someone out to get it quickly resolved, but getting in touch with them was a bit difficult. I called both numbers I had foe them (one from the welcome email, one from the guest book)...one number was disconnected and the other had a full voicemail box, so I had to email them.All in all I recommend the cape, ovation, and this home in particular. As long as nothing goes wrong, it's a perfect 10.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful time during our stay at Bay Tripper. The house is full of amenities that my family loved. The big kitchen with modern appliances, big pantry, shelves full of anything you might need to cook and especially the ice machine. The bedrooms were nice and comfy. The location to the bay, beach, and club house was great (the infinity pool is awesome). There were so many activities to participate in. My only complaint is that we were (unaware) of the construction right in front of the house. I understand that this is part of expansion in places like this...BUT no where were we told that this was happening in front of the house. All maps, including Google maps, show that Bay Tripper has a prefect view of the does not now. Anyway, after I got over the disappointment of the view which I would not have had to do if I had known what I was getting when I booked, was a great vacation! All the management that I communicated with were extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this house and this gated community to family and friends.
